There’s a lot of conflicting information out there on how to handle mold remediation. Getting it done properly is not cheap, but working with mold medics has given me confidence that we’ve done the best we possibly can to keep our basement mold free. Thad patiently answered my millions of questions and the work team with Justin, Anthony, and Trevor were really hard workers and just lovely to work with.

I contacted Mold Medics for a possible issue in my basement. They came out very quickly for an inspection. It was discovered that I had a problem, Theodore took me around and showed me where the issues were and scheduled me for the next day and arrangedfora dumpster. . My technicians, Bryan, Justin, Harrison, Adama, Trevor and John came out took care of sealing off my basement setting up the air cleaners and removing all of the furniture, carpet and other things that were contaminated. They checked with me about things that were able to be cleaned so that I could save them. They cleaned out the air ducts. They were extremely efficient and polite. I will (hopefully) never have a need to call them again but if I do I would not hesitate and will recommend them to family and friends.

Mold Medics was a great company to work with from start to finish. I called to get an estimate for HVAC duct & vent cleaning with the suspicion that I also had a mold issue. The first person I spoke to was Erin, the amazing customer service representative who took A++ care of me for the entire process. She is professional, knowledgeable & friendly and was able to coach me through to the end. It was confirmed that I did have mold & I was advised to get new vent covers if I could. For an old house with various sizes of vents, this was not an easy task. Enter TJ the fantastic, patient & thorough technician who was so helpful in problem-solving the vent cover issue as well as doing a great job all around. He was detail oriented & wonderful to work with… keeping in mind I was a mess & overly caffeinated to boot🙂 He cleaned my dryer vent, all of the duct work and vent covers that had to be reused & treated for mold. The air quality in my house has never been so good. It feels like a brand new house! Thank you Erin & TJ!!! I am forever grateful❤️❤️

Ran into an issue where I discovered i had a good bit of mold in the basement of my new house. Mold medics was extremely fair with their pricing and had great options to work around my schedule. Mold medics is by far THE CHOICE when looking for expert help in mold remediation and service. Our initial phone call for consultation was met with an immediate response and we were able to begin work in a timely manner. Mike came to our home and together showed me and spoke to me about what we were dealing with and the quick diagnosis of how to eliminate the problem we were experiencing. He was knowledgeable, kind, courteous and respectful our time. The work was down very quickly and in a very cost effective manner. Everything that we were told should be done and would be done was accomplished quickly. We felt very confident deal with Mold Medics and truly the end result is testimony to the fact that they are experts in this area and know what they are doing and accomplish things perfectly. Bryan, Harrison, John and Trevor took great care with my moldy basement! There was a lot of drywall that had to be removed and a lot of tedious nooks and crannies to get clean and the team did it all with a smile. There were no smells or chemicals that made it from taped off zones. Everything was talked over beforehand. (Mike is great!) and I received updates constantly throughout. I would recommend these guys in the future!

I don't do anything without Angie's List, which is how I found Mold Medics. I did not obtain competing quotes, I did not have time to wait, and Mold Medics had very high, solid reviews. I also loved the bios of their employees on their website. When people are working in your house for three days, it's nice to know a little about who is entering the home. Talk about responsive, they were in touch with me every step, and it didn't matter when I called or texted with questions, even on the weekend, I had answers. Clearly qualified. The crew was in the basement for three days cleaning mold, and also we had the ducts cleaned. They were able to deal with my elderly father hanging around too. To my happiness, they even convinced him to discard his mold infested Abercrombie bags where he kept his tools. This is a feat in itself, believe me. I think those bags were 100 years old. OK maybe 60.... Their main focus was getting that air quality where it needed to be. When I walked in as they were completing the project, and as they were showing me around the basement/house, I have to say I came to tears. Knowing my parents will be in a home with the best of air quality is the best peace of mind I could have. If you need top-of-the-line air quality and the most wonderful service, go here. Had a wonderful experience with the team. The help desk to schedule the appointment, Dave for coming over on a short notice and then Bryan and Trevor for carrying out the work efficiently and respectfully. They even went out of their way to fix other issues like slight water dripping from couple of areas. They take their work seriously and have an honest approach!

All service personnel were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Everything was explained and then fallowed up exactly with no surprises. Thaddius and Justin were a great team to work with and took care of our needs.

Dave did a great job going over the scope of work and getting the quote to my realtor. The remediation was great! I am so happy with the way my "old" basement looks new again now the mold is gone.

We had a great experience with Mold Medics! They were easy to schedule with and reasonably priced. They were even all great with pets! The technician who did the removal, John, was fantastic. He was very thorough in his explanation of the services and in his work. He was easy to talk to and passionate about his work. He was also very mindful of my cats and ensuring they didn’t get out. Very trustworthy from all aspects. I had many patches/spots of visible mold all over the bathroom ceiling and it was sparkling white when he finished. He also cleaned off everything else in the bathroom including the walls, light fixtures and even the vent. Highly recommend!

We were so pleased with our service from Mold Medics! From our initial estimate appointment with Thaddeus, to our mold removal and water damage cleanup with Adam, Jordan, and Milo, all of the staff were professional, friendly, and thorough. They made sure to explain each step of the process and showed us pictures as each phase unfolded. Most importantly, they were able to get us on their schedule very quickly! To begin, this is the first time I have ever reviewed a company on Google. I was actually referred to Mold Medics by my realtor. Initially, the technicians were quick to schedule and show up at my house, which I was very happy about. They first came to my house on 12/19/25. Unfortunately they did not bring enough chemicals for my mold remediation, which once more was okay and they were quick to schedule another appointment. Upon leaving, I went to my bathroom and found that one of the techs had broken my toilet handle and left it on top of our toilet. Once again, this was annoying since he didn’t even say anything but not the end of the world. The guys came back to finish the job towards the end of December, and they promised a follow up email with pictures and descriptions of their work. It is now 2/13/2025- nearly 2 months later and I have yet to hear from them concerning the pictures or what they actually did. I have called a handful of times, texted the guy who initially contacted me to set up the appointment multiple times, and even emailed the general manager a few times to get the follow up. This has been extremely frustrating as I paid them nearly $4,000 for work that they may or may not have even done. It’s pretty ridiculous that something so minimal could have such a detriment. For all I know, I could have paid them and they did nothing. UPDATE: Milo Coddington, the GM of Mold Medics, reached out to me following my review. He was very professional, apologized for the unfortunate lack of response time, and he took full ownership of the situation. Furthermore, he offered to reimburse me for the toilet handle that was broken. I really appreciated him reaching out and making sure I was taken care of. Things happen, but I’m glad I could get closure on the situation.

I discovered mold in my attic. Dave came out assess the situation, provided a very straightforward and reasonably priced resolution.

They were flexible with scheduling. The technicians Bryan and Adama worked hard to complete the job and their warranty does provide peace of mind.

From filling out the inquiry form to job completion was a quick and painless process. Thaddeus was polite, informative and covered the possible scenarios. He provided a quote for best case and gave me an idea what an add on would be so I could make a truly informed decision. John showed up the next day on time and got to work! He kept me informed throughout, showed me pictures of before during and after.
When I found the mold I debated doing the work myself or having it professionally done. For peace of mind I wanted it professionally done but was worried about the cost. Mold Medics certainly were professional and affordable. I highly recommend!
