Lacks common sense and the ability to see or, is a shill for the home warranty company. I have a leak in my ceiling from the upstairs bathroom. It's not accessible from the access panel for the bathroom and can only be detected once their is water damage to the ceiling. It can only be accessed to be diagnosed and repaired by cutting the ceiling. This company reported to the home warranty company that this leak was detectable upon ordinary visual inspection. It's unequivocally not; home inspection, photos, and common sense all agree. But I appreciate their 'candor' because they've earned this review, ensured I will never give them my business, and tipped me off to canceling the home warranty since the warranty has proven unable to abide by the terms of their own contract.

In addition, the technician had a difficult time wearing his mask properly and it was repeatedly under his nose or pulled down completely.

Eric worked tirelessly to fix my leaking bathtub. He spent hours and went to the store many times to make sure he got it right. He went above and beyond when the other plumber I called first wouldn’t touch it. I really appreciate his hard work. He will be my first call if I ever have another plumbing issue. I highly recommend.

I've had them do a few different things at my place - fixed the chimney, cleaned the heater, fixed a crack in the waist line, and more. The people who have come to my house and done work have always been great. And most of what they have done, has been fine so far. However, in December of 2023 they installed a new kitchen sink faucet because the old one was leaking. May 8th of 2025, about a year and a half after it was put in, it came apart (the top half came unscrewed from the bottom half). I then paid $148 to get it fixed. Now, less than a month after it was fixed, it is coming apart again. I called to see if they could replace the faucet with one that would not break as easily, and they wanted to charge me $400 and something to get a new one. I am going to find someone else to do my plumbing and heating work from now on. I'm not happy paying hundreds of dollars every year or so to get a new faucet.

Tristan was fabulous from Royal Plumbing. He communicated effectively and was very polite. He installed my new gas hot water heater. Royal plumbing was great to work with leading up to the install. Thank you.

Royal Plumbing saved the day again. They fixed/replaced my sink and handle before. Today the technician Tristian came out to make a small adjustment to my sink handle and he also showed me how to use the small tool he used if I need to make the adjustment myself in the future.

Beyond bad service. I have no idea how they have so many good reviews. They were extremely rude, had no idea what they are doing, and completely wasted my time & money.

The gentleman who came over my house today were very professional and very nice. They tried everything to fix my sink and my drain. They did not give up. I appreciate them coming on time and telling me what they were doing as they were doing it. I would highly recommend this company.

I had previously written a positive review of Royal Plumbing but it needs updating. It's been two months since new condenser installed. Had freon leak a week later and twice since. System has currently not been consistently working for weeks after spending $5200 for condenser and $650 for dye test that revealed nothing. The technician then said nothing more they could do and was no longer their problem. I've tried many times to speak to a manager or owner, wanting help and they refuse to call or talk to me which is most frustrating and demonstrates terrible customer service. It's abandonment and little I can do. Another company came and quickly found leaks for $140 service call but now need to spend $1500 to repair leaks and add more freon. I suspect I didn't need a new condenser...hard when the company takes your money, doesn't fix the problem but then walks away and doesn't try to help. Hate feeling victimized. Poor management

Royal Plumbing sent a "tech" out to my home who wasted several hours and couldn't even do a maintenance as he stated that he didn't have any idea how to work with this system - a system that's installed in hundreds of condos in the complex. He didn't even know how to change the filters and wouldn't tell me if he informed his company that the maintenance was never done.
Happy to change this review if the guy they are sending tomorrow knows what's up because this is abysmal! Worst of all, someone named Cam grabbed the phone while I was trying to clarify if the maintenance that was logged as "completed" would be done when the next guy came. This is not how you behave.

Duane Young is nothing short of Amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and displays the highest example of professionalism and customer service. His quality of work exceeded the highest of expectations. If I ever need anything done for plumbing, I will definitely be using Royal plumbing again because of Duane Young’s representation and I will be referring the services to all of my friends and family.

This company is a day time robber. They charged me $540 even my water heater was covered by American Home Shield Insurance. They called it modification even installation was covered. Four parts they installed, one of them wasn’t necessary (Flue pipe) They can easily reuse the old one. They charged for gas line $135 (less than $5 at local hardware store) $135 for Flue pipe (less than $10 from local hardware store) and $270 for two soft water line connectors (not more than $60 at local hardware store). They did it because they can and I wanted my water heater fixed asap. No ethics. I already reported to AHS insurance company and I am going contact attorney general’s office for this price gouging.

I was referred here by my home warranty. My technician Eric was professional and kept me updated during the repair process. He replaced a section of my stack pipe in my basement and had to drill through some concrete. Everything is working fine.

It was the worst experience that Iever dealt with . I was told the polet would not light up and my switch went bad I need a new one. A week late I received a bill for 6 hundred dollars. 5 days I didn't have any hoy water. Exposed me and my family to safety hazards by boiling water to be able to wash up . I decided to get a new water heater when the contractor came out he checked the hot water tank and lit the pilot and it came right on. I had to pay another 150.00. I am very disappointed that when Royal Plumbing came they didn't do enough to resolved the issue and inconvenient me for days.
