Derrick helped my mother remove a dishwasher and a heavy piece of furniture. Was prompt, polite & professional. Turnaround from initial call to junk removal was 24 hrs. Will certainly use him again for other junk removal needs.

I just needed a boxed up toilet sitting curbside removed, but every other company I called wanted to charge me an unreasonable amount to pick up the box. I must have called about 10 places before reaching out to Dusty Buddies.

Derrick of Dusty Buddies gave me a reasonable price immediately and arranged to pick up it up the next morning. This was an extremely quick response as I had only called for service around 5pm the day prior.

Smith solutions is such a great and professional team ! Needed my basement and kids rooms carpet cleaned and they came and did such an amazing job for a great price ! The way I see it, I could either invest in the work of the “nation’s most skilled tree removal company (Jake’s Tree Service)” to professionally take down trees that had grown to close to our home, or… I could let a ferocious wind storm knock them onto the roof of the house - and then have to move out of the home God gave us while time-consuming repairs are being made.

As it so happens, the Jake’s job which I am now reviewing included clearing the area behind our home of storm debris. We had already lost three large trees this past July. Fortunately, none of them hit the house. Now, we needed to remove trees that posed a threat in the future.

Clearly, there are lots and lots of tree service companies in this area. Yet few of them have the organizational understanding to serve the customer’s needs when the job is complex - when it’s not just about “taking down a few trees.”

The job Jake’s Tree Service completed for us was complex. It involved working in a dense mini forest complicated by the debris. The work area behind our home had navigational issues as well. Each one of the equipment operators rose brilliantly to the challenge.

The coordination among the job estimator, office schedulers, job foreman and his crew was impressive. Each one understood and completed his assigned responsibilities. Moreover, from the beginning of the project (which started with a quote on the work) until the last log was picked up on the street in under 24 hours, I was treated with respect. Every concern I had for protecting our home while the work was going on was noted by Isaac, the job foreman, and passed on to his crew. The last tree to be removed from our property was estimated to be 117 feet in height.

If I could give the men and women employed by Jake’s Tree Service a hundred stars, I would.

Jake’s crews are excellent…. They have been here three times now. 1st visit was just cleanup after I DIY’d three large plum trees that had severe fungus. 2nd visit was a next day emergency service for a large tree that was splitting and hovering over our barn and kids play structure. 3rd visit was to take down two enormous dead ash trees. Third visit required a crane. All three times they have come out the crew has been efficient, professional, and extremely careful. I cannot believe they got the crane in and out with almost zero damage to the very soft soil lawn. If you need tree service I highly recommend giving Jake a call.

I would highly recommend Jake's Tree Service.The day after calling the office someone came to give me an estimate (which was better than I expected). He was prompt, friendly. and explained everything in detail. Within a couple of days, I was contacted with a date for the work to be completed. The team arrived that morning, listened to what I wanted them to do and did it perfectly. From start to finish, a great experience.

Dennis came out to give us a proposal. He took his time walking the property with me and was extremely knowledgeable. They provided us with a price the same day and it was so reasonable we signed right away.

A few weeks later we got a call to let us know when they would be out to do the work; they do their scheduling on Thursday for the following week.

The crew that came were amazing. We had 3 big trees taken down; they cut, did stump grinding and cleaned up (like REALLYYYY cleaned up! They left zero mess and took care to even clean any debris on the neighbors property!) in one afternoon.

Jake's team ran a very organized operation! From the skilled and talented crew to all the heavy equipment it was like watching a show!

Our whole family was mesmerized watching them work.

I cannot stress how kind and courteous all their employees were.

I plan on calling to talk to Jake to see about replanting some trees because they also have a nursery connection!

I had a large tree on my front lawn that had to be removed. Called Jake's and they had great response. Someone came out within a day and gave an estimate and explanation of how the tree removal would take place. The original time estimate was about 2-3 weeks before removal. We signed our paper work and returned to them. Within a week we were notified that they would be out on Monday of the following week. The arrived on time, Got set up and within a few hours the job was completed safely. When they left my property it was like they were never there. Will difently use again. Highly Recommend.

The crew from Jake’s arrived EARLY and completed the trimming of two trees and removal of a weed tree in less than an hour. They removed all debris (including some limbs my trash kept leaving behind) and took care with my outdoor furniture and decor. From the office staff to the workers, it was such an easy and stress free process!

A professional estimator visited our home, wrote a simple but clear estimate to remove all of the branches hanging over the fence separating our home from our neighbors. We were not present when the tree staff left our property. Upon our arrival I saw that some of the tree branches were not removed. I contacted Jakes, the same estimator returned an agreed with me. He had taken pictures of what was overlooked by their staff. Several days later Jakes staff arrived as promised and removed the branches that were mistakenly not removed. And were were there upon removed without any hassle.
I would use them again.

The Jake's Tree Service team were wonderful. They were courteous and highly professional. Came early , did their job, taking out a Japanese plum tree and a different tree as well, quickly and efficiently. They also did cleanup afterwards. Would highly recommend their service.

We worked with Dennis to coordinate removal of two trees from our property last year. This year, the time came when my parents needed to remove a huge oak tree that was likely more than 100 years old from their property because it was diseased and losing limbs. Not only was the price for removal of this humongous tree excellent but the crew did a fantastic job. They were incredibly patient and showed immense compassionate to my older parents who were extremely anxious about taking down such a large tree that was so close to the house.
