The service was quick and professional, the quote was adhered to, they took down the dead trees and branches and removed any broken limbs in the process including all debris that came down. There was no damage associated with either my house or property and everything was disposed of promptly. I couldn’t have hoped for more!

Highly recommend. From start to finish, Jake’s was wonderful. They came out quickly for an estimate which was fair and competitive. We ran into scheduling issues with having multiple projects in the same area and Jake’s was so flexible and helpful. Anna at the front office is fantastic - she helped us through so much of the scheduling issues. All around, highly recommend Jake’s - not only will get they get the job done, and done well, they’ll treat you as a valued customer.

Multiple people recommended Jake's Tree Service and we were not disappointed! They were extremely professional and helpful from start to finish. Dennis came to the house to give us an estimate and was super friendly and knowledgeable. I had a few questions in the days after, and I was pleasantly surprised that Dennis personally called me to answer them.

On the day of tree removal, the crew arrived earlier than the scheduled time and fully removed two trees in about an hour. They were amazingly efficient, and watching them work was very impressive. A crew member walked me around the property to make sure I was satisfied and answer any questions before they left. We were very impressed with the quality and efficiency of their work, and the professionalism of everyone we interacted with. We would certainly use them again and recommend to anyone else!

Jake's did an excellent job both the trimming and clean up after. They even hauled away and cleaned up the piles I had from recent windstorms. Great people to work with. The communications made it easy.

Their service was excellent, prices were competitive, the work was done quickly and effectively. The workers were pleasant and respectful. A crane was used to remove a very large dead oak tree from my backyard.
The team of workers were excellent from the foreman who ran the team to the brave tree climber/cutter who hung from a crane and cut the tree down to the workers who took it to the chipper. All of the workers worked like well oiled machines. They were perfection! They had the tree down and stump ground from start to finish in 3 1/2 hours. Job well done!
My neighbors had an English Walnut removed by Jake's shortly before my Oak was taken down and were also very pleased with the efficiency of their team and overall of the whole job.

The guys working at Jake's are top notch. They did a wonderful job trimming our trees that are in a difficult location and a great job cleaning up the debris. We won't hesitate to have them back for our other tree needs

Originally I was contacting Jake's Tree Service to remove some branches from my neighbor's tree that hang over my yard. However, when I spoke with my neighbor he suggested I get a price to take down the tree. Jake's came out and gave him a great price! We ended up getting 3 more estimates just so he knew he got the best price. Jake's professionals got the tree down within 3 hours. My neighbor was so pleased he gave them a job trimming his Holly trees also! I ended up with a few sticks and small branches in my yard, which was amazing! Great job Jake's!

We recently hired Jake's Tree Service, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work! From start to finish, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They arrived on time, explained every step of the process, and handled the job with great care and attention to detail.

The service I received was excellent. A tree fell on our house on a Friday evening. Someone came that evening to inspect the problem. The following morning the team arrived at 8am to remove the tree. Additionally Jake had a contractor on site to tarp our roof and fence. This was all done the Saturday before Christmas. I highly recommend Jake’s.

Had a great experience with Jakes. We are a condominium complex with an aging forest who needs help with many overgrown giant poplar trees. First we were impressed with the estimator who gave us a fair price and also was available (by text)to answer our many questions ..even at off hours. The office scheduler was quick to accommodate our complicated schedule. The crew was amazing! Skilled , courteous and very BRAVE! I’ve used Jake’s Tree Service a couple times and they have done Excellent work, from quoting through job completion. Most recently they removed 2 large trees from my property. The crew was experienced and took extra steps to avoid any damage to the property. They are a top-notch tree company.

I had the most wonderful experience today, as the team came to my home to handle the OaK Tree in my back yard, that was starting to swallow me up. The pruning is AWESOME!! I no longer feel claustrophobic with going into the backyard. They treated my home with such care and precision before, during and after providing their services. From start to finish, Jake’s was top notch. Connor delivered an estimate that my wife and I found to be fair and precise on the same day as we had it scheduled. From there, since we have never had trees removed before, I had a couple questions before our scheduled day and Shannon kindly answered all of my questions and reassured me that everything would be handled correctly. She was right. The day our trees were scheduled for removal the crew arrived on time and were very mindful of the rest of our property. Jake's Tree Service provided prompt, courteous, respectful service in all my interactions with them. I had them trim branches away from my roof, gutters and power lines in the Media area of sotheastern Delco.
