Reviews of local pros in Cheswick, Pennsylvania

Frankie came to turn on our sprinkler today.
She was so cheerful and knowledgeable.
She patiently explained how to work the sprinkler system. I felt so comfortable asking her questions. She even helped me attach a hose. I recommend her and Eichenlaub very highly. Eichenlaub’s employees are skilled and always attentive.

Big thanks to the team at Eichenlaub for their fantastic work remediating a patch of invasive knotweed on our property.

From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Ryan, our project manager, kept us informed every step of the way. Travis and Chico did a great job on the ground.

We’re really pleased with the results. Highly recommend Eichenlaub for anyone tackling tricky landscaping issues.

We had a large over growth of weeds, ivy and other vines in our backyard. The crew came and did a wonderful job on the weed/vine removal and worked on the rest of the yard as well in between rainstorms. We are extremely happy with the work done. The crew was courteous, friendly, skilled, and very helpful.

We had an extensive hardscaping and landscaping project including adding drainage to fix a “swamp” on the side of our house. The total project length was about 8 months, with a 4 month shipping tariff delay of our pergola (not ordered through Eichenlaub). This cost was a six figure project, but believe me when I say you get what you pay for! At 68 years old, this was the best contractor experience I have ever experienced. The professionalism and the “we’ll make it happen” attitude of the project manager Mike Zawislan was extraordinary. The design by Tu Boi was beautiful, warm and helped us create an oasis. We want to thank the crew by name who showed up on time and completed their work on schedule, sometimes in grueling winter conditions: Chuck, Bryan, Travis and Junior.

We were very pleased with the quality of a thorough yard cleanup ( 1 acre ) done in two days by our Eichenlaub team. This entailed removal of invasives, weeding and shaping a dozen of beds for mulching, and expert pruning of numerous trees and shrubs.
The team for our job... Ron, Mick, Cory, Clayton, Kyler, Mark and Alston, were exceptionally professional- - -a true example of a five star team!
JC and George Kasten

Cory and Marc also did a wonderful job on pruning the Rhododendrons!

Kudos to Eichenluab. They did a fabulous job replacing our front entry walkway. Kevin produced a plan for stonework and plantings, Richard coordinated the job and JUNIOR worked his magic onsite. Not inexpensive, but well worth it. Truly a joy to behold each day and especially at night when the walk and tree lights come on. Many thanks.

Cory and Clayton day one and Cory and Leon day two did an excellent job of pruning, trimming and shaping our mature bushes, trees and cutting back other landscape plants. Their expertise made a huge impact to our landscape which will be healthier and more attractive. Highly recommend Eichenlaub Landscaping.

On our campus, we have been focused on ensuring safety and security for our outdoor spaces. The courtyard enclosures we designed are stunning and our team of installers were phenomenal! Travis, Mike, Brian and Jason worked tirelessly, hand digging (to not impact our sprinkler system), custom measuring and fitting our panels, and even modifying the closing mechanisms. They kept the worksite clean, were respectful of our campus and other trades, were friendly and clearly enjoyed their work. The end result: strong, built to last sentinels named "Travis" that will keep our campus safe and looking great for years to come!

Following our snowstorm last week I had over a foot of snow in my driveway & front walk. Unable to shovel snow due to a shoulder injury I had trouble finding someone to clear my driveway. I had used them for landscaping & they showed up on short notice & cleared my driveway & front walk after being stuck without being able to get my car out of the garage for 4 days. They did an excellent job !

Eichenlaub to the rescue after a huge snowstorm! I reached out to Kait on Sunday asking about snow removal and she responded within minutes saying she'd send a team as soon as she could. The guys did an amazing job and were super nice.

Mick came to plow our road and driveway after the storm and he was incredible. Very very thorough and professional; he plowed and shoveled until it was all clear.

The folks from Eichenlaub were great throughout the process. They were collaborative and knowledgeable during the estimation and planning process, and the team that delivered on the job was polite, professional, and thorough. I would definitely recommend their services based on our experience.

Alex and Steve represent the skills and professionalism that mark Eichenlaub as a truly great company. The talent, skills and attention to detail displayed instills confidence that every project, assignment and task will be performed in an exemplary fashion. Thank you Alex and Steve!

The people who work for Eichenlaub Landscaping were incredibly professional. Their work was outstanding. They were very consciencous about keeping the work site as neat and clean as possible. Their workmanship and attention to detail is evident by the finished product..a beautiful back yard space. The lawn is still an issue but that is mother nature's fault and they will be back to reseed in the fall. I highly recommend this company, from their project planners to their workers.

The Eichenlaub team did an amazing job installing the artificial turf. Super responsive from the moment I contacted the to the end of the process. Their initial meetings guided me through the entire process, they advised me on the technical details and recommended the best product and process for my yard. I very much appreciated how easy they made it for me to get the project done while not being permanently in town. Fully trust them with caring for my property!

Wonderful experience from concept to execution- would highly recommend- Aaron and Alex took the time to build a beautiful water feature, easily navigating the previously unknown challenges and managing through tough spring rains. The entire crew has been very thoughtful and managed their work just like it was their own backyard.

Amazing job from these guys! Alex and Aaron took care of our waterfall/pond and it looks great. They spent hours detailing the rocks and maintaining to open it for this spring. The water is literally crystal clear. Highly recommend.

Just had an aeration and top seeding done and it was a first rate job. I used to do this meticulously every year with a rented machine, but at 78 had to stop. I can honestly say that Isaiah and Mike did a better job than me and left no unplugged areas. They also avoided 50 sprinkler heads, which isn’t easy. I will be a regular client now without doubt, and talked to Chris who schedules this and other work about edging, mulching and tree/shrub trimming. I can now confidently look forward to an easier Spring next year, lol.

Eichenlaub just completed installation of a cedar shadow-box fence enclosing the back yard. The fence is beautiful and the project exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Junior and the crew for their attention to detail and creative problem solving to deal with challenges.

The Eichenlaub professionals do not disappoint! They are knowledgeable, collaborative, and always nice to work with. My lawn and gardens are beautiful. Special thanks to the gifted Kevin Prall, and to Mick Magyar and his team, who are creative, helpful and hard working.

Can't say enough about the positive experience we had with the installation of a much needed french drain. Starting with Kevin, the project manager and of course the work crew, everyone was courteous, professional and prompt. I highly recommend this company!
