I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Chuck and Lance. They completely transformed my yard with fresh mulch and added beautiful, large boulders as a border all around that makes the whole space look amazing. From start to finish, they were professional, hard-working, and detail-oriented. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done just the way I wanted. It’s clear they take pride in their craft, and the results speak for themselves. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality landscaping work—you won’t be disappointed!

These people might be good at their job but they are slum lords…Context we live in the row houses in Harmar, every 2 houses share a sewer system. My family has lived in this house for over 80yrs and never had an issue until the young Panza (don’t know his name) let 2 people (who go evicted from a hotel cause they are dirt balls) move in, who proceeded to trash the place. They had 2 dogs that they never let outside, had no AC when it was in the hottest part of summer, the dogs broke out numerous times and the cops kept returning these dogs, until the dogs got out on the first story roof (cops finally took the dogs) fast forward months of the Panzas trying to get these people out, they finally get them out and the family of girl who got evicted came to clean up…Fast forward another year (the house sat vacant) (Hell they had a pipe burst, we could hear water running non stop so we called them out of kindness to let them know something was wrong) new people move in, then all the sudden the pipes back up, I had shit in my house for a week having to clean everything up on my own. We get them to send over their plumber (M Strouse Plumbing) he unclogged it and it’s full and old clorox wipes from their tenants/tenants family…Everything is good for almost a week and it clogs again, we call them to send over their plumber again and he refuses. So I had to call a plumber and get it done correctly (which I had to pay for about $500) Fast forward to yesterday and his plumber is doing work at the house next door, so I bring up the situation and out of this mouth came “they (Panza) told me not to come back” Yep that’s the Panzas for you, slum lords (you should see the wall that they didn’t fix until it fell over in the ditch which is the only way for rainwater to to leave so it doesn’t flood everyone’s homes) They left tons of dirt and debris in the ditch that I had to clean up. These people are absolute garbage…Imagine telling a plumber not to go back there after it’s an issue their tenants caused. Watch them reach out to me now. I also uploaded pictures for everyone to see…Have a great weekend Panzas 😉

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Frankie. She’s been amazing to work with from day one — incredibly knowledgeable, super proactive, and just such a kind, easygoing person to have around.

She’s helped me so much, not just with the actual irrigation work, but with understanding how everything works, what my options are, and how to keep things running smoothly. I always feel comfortable asking questions, and she takes the time to explain things.

Frankie handled everything for our irrigation system, from opening and closing to maintenance and troubleshooting existing zones. On top of that, she installed a new zone for our new veggie garden this season, and it turned out perfect. She set up all the drip stakes and made sure I understood exactly how to adjust them or expand the system if needed. Even though she had to deal with seriously uncooperative weather (it felt like every possible delay hit her), she stayed totally calm and positive and got it done without missing a beat.

I really appreciate how reliable, thoughtful, and hardworking she is. You can tell she cares about doing a great job and making sure the customer feels taken care of — and it shows in every interaction. People like Frankie take the stress out of projects like this and make the entire process feel super easy and fun.

Eichenlaub built our paver patios originally in 2008 and 2010, so when it was time for a refresh we knew we wanted to use them again. From the first call until the job was finished, they communicated clearly about the costs and the process. Our project manager was organized and professional and the two-person crew was skilled and pleasant. The patios had been dirty and not level, but after two days they are literally like new. Highly recommend them.

Cory and Clayton did a fabulous job with our very overgrown yard. They are detail oriented and go the extra mile to ensure your landscape is beautiful! Thank you for all your dedication and hard work!

We also had the landscaping on the front of our house completely replaced. Ray, Curtis, Greg, Sarah, and Gretchen did a beautiful job. They removed all of the overgrowth and replanted a clean, fresh look. Their attention to detail, knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness is to be applauded. Even with some unforeseen wiring issues, they remained well passed quitting time to complete the job. Thank you!!!!

We had a 7-8 month planning and installation of new stone decking, a waterfall feature and pond, outdoor hot tub installation, sodding of our lawn, and the planting and landscaping around the property as well as the waterfall. Pond plants were included as well. The process, from start to finish, was professional, well executed, and, in the end, absolutely stunning in it's beauty and harmonious melding with the surrounding property. Scott Rudolph, our designer, explainer, hand holder, and possessing of an incredible store of knowledge, was a key player in this entire experience, which stretched through the winter! Crews would come out on even sub-freezing days to work in order to stay on schedule. All crew members, and there were many, were uniformly respectful of our property and time. I would recommend Eichenlaub for any landscaping project! They are far and away above any other group I have ever used in the 50+ years I have been a homeowner!
