Scheduled my project but kept stringing me along and then just would not return texts or update me on the delay. Canceled and went with another service.

Consultation and estimate with Jay was a pleasure. I received a few quotes and was impressed with Jay's knowledge and scope of work he proposed. For trimming neighbors tree the other companies estimates were all a much higher price to butcher the tree down the property line as the full job. Jay's proposal was to trim the property line, while doing additional trimming to balance the tree because it's much healthier for the tree and would look much better as well. For the entire project I was doing which involved work on multiple trees sky highs price was the best, and the work being done was a higher level.
Scheduling everything was a simple process.
The tree removal and trimming sent a crew of three men, they did a perfect job.
The stump work was the final step and one guy showed up with his stump grinder. He also did a perfect job and then took his time for a thorough clean up and made everything look great.
Overall a wonderful experience working with them and I very highly recommend them.

James and the Sky High team were exceptional. Quote was timely and easy to understand. Scheduling was efficient, and the team removing the tree were exceptional. Sky High removed a large dead Ash tree for me. They carefully felled the tree so it did not damage some other live trees in my backyard. But in addition to removing trees, they do a good job of saving them. I have a young oak tree in the yard that was damaged unintentionally in the past. A large wedge of trunk was removed. One course of action would be simply to remove the tree. However, that would leave a big empty space in my yard. Instead Sky High used special wrapping and compound to help the tree heal and also braced it so it will be secure until the wound has time to completely heal.

From getting a quote to completing the job, Sky High was amazing. They were responsive, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for future projects.

These guys were great from start to finish. I was pretty impressed with their operation and the equipment that they used to do a trimming job for me. Yesterday, I had them cut down 11 large trees. James accomplished more than he said he would do at the time I agreed to have him do the work. Under promise and over deliver. My kind of company!!
James is the owner, a most pleasant person, and very carefull in his work. Cognoscente of your yard and grass so he doesn’t tear up your lawn. He has the latest machinery to do the job. He doesn’t cut corners, he does the job the right way. I highly recommend him, and his company.
