Constraction reviews in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania

We have been customers of Kaller Roofing for decades -- they replaced the roof of our current house in 2021 and, at our previous house, maintained our slate roof and replaced a shingle porch roof. They have been terrific -- communicative, responsive, and their workmanship has been top-notch. Our roofs have not been simple -- steep, lots of funky angles, and a lot of copper counterflashing. They have consistently delivered, with a roof that is built-to-last. Our 2021 roof was built during the COVID supply shortages, and Kaller got all the materials, the roof looks great, and there have been no problems at all. They also improved the strength and look of the gutters and replaced a bunch of cedar siding. We couldn't be happier with their work.

We are private homeowners and have used Kaller for various roofing jobs over the past 25 years. We are always happy with their responsiveness and excellent work. Chuck communicates well with customers and his crew. The crew are very skilled and easy to work with. Kaller goes above and beyond in terms of careful consideration of what needs to be done. Chuck follows up and makes sure we are satisfied. I can recommend Kaller without reservation.

Kaller Roofing did a great job installing a standing seam copper roof in Bryn Mawr that ballooned into a much bigger project. Instead of just installing the roof we ended up replacing a whole wall that had detached from years of water damage. Mike and Rich were able to take down the old stucco wall quickly and safely and install new Hardie plank siding and also repairing some of the wood under the wall that needed to be replaced. Mike and Rich took great care and were able to answer every question I had along the way. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to get a copper roof or fix a tile roof!

After trying to get work on my gutters completed, but not being able to because of roof damage I reached out to Keller Roofing for a roof and gutter quote. Chuck came out and was super helpful. He was able to walk me through the process, explain what he was looking at in terms of the roof, and got me an estimate pretty quickly. Chuck got back to me quickly with any questions I had and I had no problem agreeing to the work.

Once work started the team was great, really communicative, and kept things moving. Overall it was a simple and smooth process and I would work with Keller again.

Kaller Roofing came to give an estimate on my roof. The estimator was very professional and clearly experienced. He understood the roofing structure well and gave helpful advice. Although the cost was beyond my budget, he remained professional and still offered good suggestions. I appreciate his honesty and expertise.

During a storm last year, we unfortunately had a large tree branch that pierced our roof, ripped off gutters, and damaged cedar siding. Chuck and his team at Kaller did an excellent job repairing the damage caused so that you would never know there was a problem in the first place. The shingles matched our existing 20-year-old shingles perfectly and they matched the bead on the new cedar siding exactly. I would highly recommend Kaller for all roofing needs.

Our slate roof has been taken care of by the Kaller Roofing team well before we moved in and will continue to use them in the future. The slate roof and copper team are just great. The focus on the maintaining 100 year old beautiful slate roofs is appreciated. The team looked out for any potential issues that may present in the future and helped educate areas to watch out for down the road. We greatly appreciate true tradesmen how value their craft..

These guys replace our roof five or six years ago and did a great job. High quality work, on schedule, and good cleanup. Recently a small leak developed in a bedroom. We called Kaller and although the warrantee on the work had expired , they came out and fixed it for us. It took a b while to get the job done, but they came through for us. I recommend Kaller.

Mike and Rich did a wonderful job installing my copper gutters! They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Project Manager, Chuck Keller knows the industry and can be trusted.
I highly recommend R.Kaller & Sons from Conshohocken. These guys will not disappoint!

Fourteen years ago I had a roof installed by another company. It was poorly installed and began to fail. I called Kaller this time and the people at Kaller, from the salesman Chuck to the installers, were very helpful, neat, prompt, professional and friendly. Lastly, the owner even came out to check on the completed job. I got a good installation this time.
I intend to use Kaller again soon for a siding job.

I had Kaller Roofing work on the mansard roof of my Philadelphia row home, replacing the slate shingles with flat seam copper roofing, installing a new trough gutter and down spout, installing coping and capping. Chuck was sold me the job and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He invited my wife and I to tour their facility and answered all of our questions and talked us through the process. His roofing team (Justin & Mike) were always prompt, courteous, and friendly. The pride they take in their work really shows. On top of the roofing work they expertly rebuilt the rotted out framing, repaired brick work, and painted my cornice and capping along my roof to match everything. I was extremely happy with the workmanship and the professionalism of the staff. It wasn't a cheap job, but the costs were all laid out for me and explained clearly. I think it was worth every penny for a quality product.

I found R. Kaller & Sons to replace our roof, gutters, and gutter guards through their many outstanding google reviews. I will add to the other voices singing their praises.

Every employee we interacted with was punctual, thorough, considerate, and kind. Chuck, our very knowledgeable project manager, took the time to educate us on our options, the products they use, and what we could expect during each step of the project. He gave us his advice, and then gave us the space and time to make our decisions. It’s clear how much he cares about his customers and the work he and his team does.

Our roofing team — Rich, Carlos, Charlie, and Angel — were just as much a pleasure to have on our project. They always went the extra mile to make sure our property was protected. Their work was clean. The end result looks beautiful with all of the extra little touches that add up to well above and beyond the standard (i.e. extending the ridge vent across our entire ridge line, painting our plumbing vents to blend in with the surrounding roofing, invisible downspout hangers, the list goes on…). They checked in with me as needed, answered all of my questions, and made sure we were happy with the finished product. And extra kudos to them for being power houses during the 90+ degree heat wave that our project unfortunately lined up with.

These guys are professionals. Hire them because you want to work with someone who you can trust to do excellent work. Hire them because they really care and provide exceptional customer service. Hire them because you believe in supporting a local family business.

Kaller roofing recently completed re-roofing the third and final roof of my 3-roofed, 100+ year old home. This was the largest and most challenging of the three jobs. The expertise and quality of work and care for my property were as good, if not better on this job as that I experienced on the previous two jobs, 8 and 15 years ago. The team of Rich, Carlos, Charlie, and Angel were outstanding in all ways. Most important to me is that I trusted the Kaller crew to fully uncover expected wood rot trouble spots lying below the old shingles and unseen to me. While some roofers may go quick and cheap to cover over structural problems, Kaller finds them and fixes them. Anyone looking for peace of mind in roofing repair should contact Kaller.

Kaller is the only roofer you should consider. We have used Ray and his team for over 20 years on two different homes. Ray can be trusted to advise on both necessary work and optional/preventative work. Mike, our foreman multiple times, and Rich, who worked with Mike on our most recent job, are a pleasure to have working at our home. Beautiful workmanship, clean worksite, and on-time delivery of the final product. Use another roofer at your own risk!

My house is over 100 years old and has the original slate roof.

R. Haller & Sons have maintained our roof as long as we have owned the house, and records from the previous owner state the same. So my guess would be that R. Haller & Sons have been working on this roof for at least 30 years.

A slate roof is beautiful and distinctive. A slate roof requires upkeep and, occasionally, there are issues. R. Kaller & Sons have done great work over the years. They are experienced, easy to work with and responsive.

Richard Ellison was the roof technician here during the last visit. He was professional, helpful and informative.

If you are looking for a reputable and experienced roofer, I highly recommend the team at R. Haller & Sons.

We recently had Kaller & Sons waterproof the chimney of our 50+ year old home, including installation of new and more reliable copper flashing where the chimney meets the roof. Chuck was a pleasure to work with and he patiently explained what was needed and how the job would be done. Their crew came in the morning, worked diligently and professionally throughout the day and were done by late afternoon. No mess, no fuss. The chimney and new flashing look great. I would definitely recommend Kaller to anyone who appreciates old-school, straightforward and honest service!

A big thank you to the entire Kaller crew, Chuck, Rich, Carlos, Charlie and Angel. Chuck for managing the entire project, for Carlos and Rich for their meticulous workmanship, hard work and reliability. If you are looking for quality, dependability, Kaller is the roofing company to use!

These guys did a great job on my complicated multiple field 130-year-old slate roof. They identified the problems on the first go and fixed them promptly and quickly. The guys were pleasant and respectful. They replaced flashing, soffets, gutters, rotted wood, and delaminated slates. They're my roofers now!

Kaller roofing has been maintaining the roof on my 175 year old home for many years. I would not trust anyone else working on my roof. There are many unconventional aspects of this roof and Kaller has the expertise to protect and preserve the historic nature of the roof. Always responsive and efficient.

Mike and Rich are true craftsmen, turning a highly challenging roofing project into a masterpiece. They transformed an unusable closet space into a stunning outdoor balcony! The tiles on our historic home look exquisite. This is the third project Kaller Roofing has completed for us, and we couldn't be happier working with Chuck, Mike and Rich. Kaller is THE BEST in the business for quality roofing work.
