I had a great experience with the clean techs of Philadelphia company . Earnest and Troy were fast ,efficient and extremely pleasant. My carpet looks brand new and It was much needed . I definitely recommend this company .

I had a leak in both of my bathrooms causing it to flood. My apartment complex had sent cleantech janitors out to my apartment unattended. The one janitor threatened to hit my dog with a mop as he opened my front door. My dog barely looked in his direction. Then he proceeded to snoop through my belongings “seeing if theres any snacks lying around” to feed my dog. This is all on camera. When I reported him to clean tech, they brushed it off stating they did not take his words as a threat but rather a question to his partner, ASKING IF HE WAS GOING TO HIT MY DOG WITH A MOP. I want every party involved held accountable, including their manager!!! and I will not stop until they are!!!

I've been using Cleantech for more years than I can count and have recommended them to many others as well. From large-scale hospital floor care and general housekeeping to ongoing monthly service at my cafe, their consistency and professionalism have always been top notch. Harry and his crew are reliable, trustworthy and their work is impressive. I can't imagine using anyone else for my cleaning needs.

We hired CleanTech Philadelphia to clean approximately 1,900 square feet of office carpet and upholstery for 19 chairs. Harrison and Ernest did a great job and were polite, professional, and thorough. The carpets and chairs look better than we ever imagined – refreshed, stain-free, and like new. Also giving a special shout-out to Harrison for his excellent communication during the process. We intend to hire CleanTech again when we need another refresh and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

During the opening, the technicians tested the water thoroughly and kept me informed every step of the way, letting me know exactly when the pool would be swim-ready. I never felt out of the loop, and the communication was great.

I ended up signing up for weekly service, and that’s been just as impressive. The pool techs text me when they’re on their way and give an exact arrival time, which I really appreciate. The pool has been absolutely sparkling clean ever since.

When it came time to close the pool for the winter, they went above and beyond—storing my cover for me and pointing out any repairs that should be addressed, without any pressure. Just honest recommendations.

Mike from Brightside was a real star. There was a miscommunication with the office about the access on one side of our house and Mike worked so hard to still provide a beautiful clean without disturbing our beloved koi pond, all at the last minute. He also washed our shed as an extra! Our house looks brand new and we’re so happy with the results. They’re also super responsive and professional. 10/10 would recommend for your house and window washing needs!

Great service (from scheduling and receiving the estimate from Shannon, to the 2 guys who came to service our home). The windows look great. First time having the windows cleaned, since building the house 6.5 years ago, and they look noticeably cleaner from the inside and outside. The exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone.

Great team! Wonderful communication and did everything exactly as they said they would.
The office was great with scheduling as they communicated clearly as well as offered us the ability to get text message updates, which is really nice as we were able to plan accordingly and knew exactly when they would be out to the property. The workers on site were fantastic. They checked in with us before, and after the job to make sure everything was according to plan! We will use them again!

Brightside Clean Pros did an amazing job. I have been using them for many years now, and I am impressed with the manner in which they have rebranded and further expanded their service offerings. The scope of work they did for me was extensive: walkway cleaning, deck cleaning, interior/exterior window and screen cleaning, gutter cleaning, firepit area cleaning, flagstone patio area cleaning, and removal of cobwebs/dust from a high roof outdoor living space area. They are timely, professional, thorough, honest, have excellent modern/clean equipment, and treat your property with the utmost respect. Seth, the owner, personally came out to the house to check on the crew and to ensure customer satisfaction. A big shout out to Ed and Chris that worked tirelessly and professionally at our house all day, both great guys and easy to work with. Overall, awesome job and I highly recommend Brightside!

Seth and his team did a fantastic job at our house that needed much attention. They cleaned off the roof. They washed the siding and they cleaned out our gutters. They also cleaned dollar windows and the workers were so careful and Attendnce to doing a ticket job. I highly recommend this company.
