Brightside Clean Pros did an outstanding job!
They power-washed our house and deck, and also cleaned all our windows inside and out. They showed up right on time, were courteous, professional, and clearly eager to do a great job. The results were fantastic—everything looks fresh, bright, and spotless. It’s rare to find a company that combines punctuality, great attitude, and top-quality work, but Brightside Clean Pros truly delivered. Highly recommended!

Edward and Tommy of BrightSide Clean Pros were outstanding.
They were professional and respectful of the property. This was the first time that my windows were professionally cleaned and I would use use them again without hestitation. The windows and screens are so clean -it doesn't look like there are any windows in the openings. They sparkle!!!

Seriously Disappointed! I can not recommend this vendor to others for their Power Washing services. They did not tell me prior to the service being executed that the stains I had on my concrete patio and porch were cleanable by their solution, even though I explained the nature of the stains. They are only able to clean “organic” stains nothing else! On the 1st visit the tech sprayed the solution allowing only 10 minutes for saturation and washed off (stains remained). When I stated that the stains hadn’t changed I was told only “organic” stains (dirt) can be removed. They left my home after 1-hour of service (no additional effort made). Additionally, I was told they ran out of solution (why?…. This was a scheduled cleaning). I did talk to owner (Seth) he did offer to schedule a 2nd cleaning (which I appreciated). The 2nd crew came with another solution and did scrub the patio stain with brushes and there was a slight improvement in some areas (see what you think from photos). The Front Porch remained unchanged (again see what you think from photos) When I contacted owner again to discuss the outcome from 2nd visit. He had nothing to offer (refund some of the charge???) He was preoccupied with others during our conversation (so I didn’t have his attention as hoped). When he was asked about the solution used he was unable to articulate the product or properties. He said, “I get it from my supplier” and offered no effort to figure it out. I just wanted to know so if I bought something to try myself it would have different properties. In closing, I was glad that most of the dirt came off the patio, but the stain was my reason for hiring a professional company. The Front porch was a total waste of my money. My suggestion is to ask if your particular stains or issue will be addressed by their process and solutions. Buyer Beware!

Ed & Chris did an amazing job cleaning our windows. After all these years of trying to find a good company for this project I finally found BrightSide Clean Pros. Turns out this company is not only good but beyond good ie: superior. The staff is very professional
and actually care about what they do.

BrightSide did a great job poer washing my house and washing windows and screens. Josh and Tommy arrived at 8am and were done by 2pm. Their efficiency and attention to detail was excellent. Considering they did exterior and interior for 60 windows and did a complete house wash is testimony to their organization and work efficiency.

Tommy and Ed were fantastic. They came out to my house in Bridgeport, PA and they were thorough, professional and they left my windows sparkling. I highly recommend the screen cleaning add on. My windows have never been this clean and I will be using them every year from now on.

Brightside Clean Pros were easy to work with and did a nice job. Definitely 5 stars on the stucco power washing - its practically glowing it's so clean. We also have very large picture windows which we had washed that look pretty good too. Technicians were quiet and efficient since we were both working from home at the time. Will be following up directly with some questions on cleaning window sills and tracks, but overall very happy with the work. Would recommend and hire again.

Josh and Chris came to my house to do my windows both inside and out. Plus, pressure wash my siding. They did an amazing job! Efficient, fast, so very personable. Extremely nice! I couldn't ask for better. Brightside Clean Pros have been out to my house before. I can't say enough good things about them.

We had our windows washed at our home in Bridgeport by Brightside Clean Pros and we are so happy with the result! We had the outside, inside and screens detailed and it turned out great. Ed and Tommy did a great job and were so professional and courteous throughout the whole process. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

After looking at reviews, we chose BrightSide Clean Pros to clean Interior, exterior windows and screens, as well as outside fence cleaning and trellace arch. The reservation was professional and easy. When rain was predicted, they were very accommodating changing the date. Our Service Technician, Edward Allen sent us a text that he was on the way. He was professional, friendly answered any questions. He did a wonderful job, paying attention to detail and asking us to do an inspection before he left. I would highly recommend BrightSide Clean Pros.

They had a couple of questions about how I wanted things (example - shades up or down), and were excellent at communicating with me! In addition to the windows, I also had the deck, gutters, sidewalk, and house exterior cleaned. WOW!! What a difference!! The pricing was good - and the value was wonderful!! I learned about this business through a buddy .Got a meeting right away. They were extremely prompt, cordial, and polished.They did a fantastic job and were meticulous. I'd heartily advise using them.

They were quite competent. I was quite amazed that they were able to remove the stains off the one set of couches because they were very unclean (we have adolescents). Although pricey, the outcomes were excellent. the same as what earlier reviews had indicated.
