Showed up quickly when our furnace stopped working. Was friendly, transparent, and reasonably priced! Would definitely recommend!!

Excellent overall experience from quote to final installation! We needed a new A/C unit and Albert's delivered in a timely manner. We also had them install a new furnace. Our furnace was approaching 30 years of service so it was only a matter of time. The new units are more efficient and super quiet. Joe, thank you so much for all of your help during this process. And thanks to the entire crew at Albert's.

Very quick response after sending in an online request for service. Shane showed up within the time frame we were given and quickly found the issue and repaired it. They even gave a 1st Responder discount. I had heard only positive things about them, so when I came home to a hot house, I figured I’d give them a try. Would definitely recommend them and would use again for sure.

We were pleased with Albert’s service and installation. They took time to answer our questions and explain details to us. They did a neat job. Our house is warm and we are happy customers.

I spent over 2 months trying to find someone who was ready to take my money and install both central air and a new furnace. It was either no shows or no callbacks just to get an estimate. Albert's was at my door with information and a solid estimate the next business day after our initial conversation. I accepted the estimate and made my down-payment, expecting to wait a week or two, but no!! It was two days! They arrived this morning at 8 am and were out the door by 1 pm. Everything is perfect! They even showed me how the new thermostat works. Five stars from start to finish, I will recommend Albert's to friends family, and any one who asks!!!

In the hottest part of summer my air conditioner died. I called around to get estimates and all other places said 3 weeks. Albert’s came out got me a written estimate in a day. They then squeezed me into their schedule and it was installed within 5 days!! So grateful. The entire staff was so responsive and respectful- especially loved working with Joe!! Just meet them and you will see the amazing customer service and communication.

Alberts replaced my AC unit and all of my ductwork and I cannot complain one bit. From the inspection to installation, everything went perfectly, and the team was wonderful to work with.

Bottom line is they always come to my rescue. Very honest and fair. Live person answers the phone, usually Albert.

The following technicians Austin, Tristin, Chad and Brad showed up at 9 am and started work immediately. Very professional. Removed old and installed new system.The garage and attic space were left spotless. All of my questions were answered. I was told if I had any questions in the future to please call.

Had regular maintenance and filter change on my furnace. The service tech Chad was very helpful and thorough, and found the source of a noise and fixed the problem. Got the maintenance plan because of this great service. Also purchased another filter to have when I need to replace it.

Shane did an excellent job servicing our heat systems patient and showed me how to access filters in the auxiliary systems. Shane competent courteous and very pleasant to work with!

When we are in need of any repairs Albert is the only one we call. They are always prompt, courteous and helpful to solve the problem. I feel safe knowing the job was completed by professionals!

Had a great experience with Albert’s Heating & Cooling. Chad, the technician, was just a very professional and helpful guy, everyone there is. I have been going through a rough patch, having lost my job recently and dealing with some chronic back problems. Chad showed up as someone who seemed to care. He took the time to chat while we walked to the basement, diagnosed the issue in minutes, and went out of his way to give me a break on the price.

You know, he also shared some maintenance tips I’d never heard before and was patient with my dog who was running around him the whole time. Anyway, in a tough moment, it meant the world to have a friendly and skilled person come by. I'll go without heat before I call "the other guys."

Wish there were more stars!!! We had a serious unexpected issue with our furnace...the heat exchanger needed replaced and ASAP !! After contacting several companies, we chose to take a chance with Albert's and were glad we did! They took care of getting a new part under our warranty and installed within a week! Everyone we dealt with was friendly, patient, knowlegable and professional. AND they gave us the best, fair price to boot! A special shout out to Josh, who guided us through the entire experience! Albert's cleaned & inspected my furnace. Their technician was very good and helpful. He even helped me program my thermostat. I've been a customer for many years - you can always depend on them for excellent service.
