Service was easy to schedule and at a convenient time. The tech showed up on time and had the repair to my gas logs in no time at all. I've used Albert's in the past and they are great.

Once again, Albert's comes through for us. We needed 2 new thermostats installed and they came out the next business day and did the job. They doo great work at a fair price too.

Jason here from Conway. So our furnace died on us Sunday evening and Alberts managed to get someone out first thing Monday morning. Chad walked me through all the steps and explained everything in detail as he fixed my problem. Somehow a bird managed to get into the fan down the pipe. While Chad was here, he looked over a few other things And went above and beyond for us. Just wanna say thank you to Alberts/Chad and we will continue to be loyal customers as they are the only company we call for our HVAC and air-conditioning issues.

Lied about my heat exchanger not having a life time warranty and was not registered!!!! All I had to do was call Bryant and ask if I could get it registered… they did it and they said I had a 40 year warranty basically lifetime warranty. Won’t be using them ever again!! Techs said my unit didn’t apply to the lifetime warranty

My go to heating and cooling experts. We have a few rentals and Alberta's makes us look good. In this freezer of a winter, they've twice (so far), got the heat back on so quickly, no one had to spend a night out of home. One a complete replacement, one an after hours call on a sub zero night.

We have a HVAC system service policy with Albert’s and they come 2x a year to make sure our HVAC system is clean and running correctly. Today they had to come and figure out why our newly installed digital thermostats were not operating. After taking a look they realized that the red wire was placed in the incorrect breaker. Their technicians are always on top of things and it’s very easy to schedule an appointment with them! I would highly recommend Albert’s Heating and Cooling for anyone….they actually provide HVAC service to pretty much of our entire family!

Our furnace quit working late at night recently so we called Albert’s. They sent a technician named Chad the next morning, He diagnosed the problem and was unsure how fast they could get the part to fix the furnace. Well Albert did his magic and found the part in Pittsburgh and picked it up the same day and Chad came back later in the day and installed the part to get us heat. Reasonable price. That’s called EXCELLENT SERVICE. Thanks guys

Everyone we spoke to was so kind and they took our case so urgently! Our furnace completely broke on Friday evening. We have pets we were unable to transport elsewhere and no one else could get to us until Monday. They were able to get a new unit and a crew together to install it on Saturday. We are absolutely overflowing with gratitude!

Chad performed his work in a timely manner, shared in layman's terms what he was doing and was very customer-focused. I appreciate his professionalism and welcome him back anytime as my preventive maintenance technician. Albert also respected my disabled veteran status, giving me a break on my furnace tune-up costs.

The three person crew that installed my new furnace were very professional and friendly. They worked well together and cleaned up the area before they left. I couldn’t tell that they were there. The whole area was cleaned up before they left my house.

The three person crew worked very well together. one working on the general area, such as electrical the other, the piping and the third working on the deck work all at the same time.

Once again, these guys don't disappoint. No heat from my Peerless Purefire on Sunday. My own fault for not scheduling my yearly check up for winter. I called 8am Monday. Told them no emergency since I had portable heaters but they told me someone would be here between 9 or 10am. I wasn't shocked when he pulled up early at 8:30 am. From Joe who answered my call to Ryan who came to get my heat back on, these are great people. They explain everything and are very thorough. Thank you Albert's!

We had a bit of a rocky start when our new combi-boiler (a lemon from the factory) had issues immediately after installation. What defines a great company isn't when things go perfectly, but how they handle it when things go wrong. The team at Albert's stood behind their work 100%. After trying to repair the unit, they advocated for us with the manufacturer and replaced the entire boiler at no cost. The new unit is working perfectly—it’s quiet, heats the house twice as fast, and handles hot water for the whole house. I really appreciate their patience and integrity in making this situation right. Highly recommended.

My leaking water heater was replaced with a new water heater on the same day that I called for service. The technician arrived within the hour that I called for service to access the problem. He said I need a new water heater. He ordered the new water heater and it was delivered and installed within two hours on the same day.
The technicians were very professional and customer oriented.

These guys were great. We lost our furnace on Thursday it was just over 30 years old and couldn't be fixed anymore. So they came out on Thursday afternoon when we called Thursday morning and they came back on Friday and installed the furnace. That easy. Then when the guys came out to put the furnace in they were great also. They were friendly and they helped any way they could we had our Old furnace they had to take out and they loaded it up on my husband's truck for him to take it away. They didn't have to do that we had a Christmas tree where they were going to put the pipe that goes outside they moved that for us put it over on the burn pile. They were just great to work with. You can check around they'll give you the best price available I bet you because they sure did for us. And it was kind of an emergency because the temperature was going down to zero the next day we were supposed to have a winter storm getting 8 to 14 inches of snow. So you can't beat them.

Albert's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. has exceeded our expectations during the installation process. The Sales Rep Joseph, was awesome! He took the time to listen to us and give us exactly what we need, without trying to over sell anything we did want nor need. The guys who came out to install, Noah, Brad, and there was one more I am forgetting his name, they were all amazing. I felt comfortable with them in my home, they were respectful, knowledgeable, and very nice. We initially spoke with Joe about 3-4 weeks ago, he gave us some time to think on it and didn't repeatedly blow us up trying to push the process along. Once we were ready and reached out, he came back out pretty quickly with an installer, Brad, who was also just as awesome! After that, they got us in within a week to get our ductwork and air conditioning installed. We had a busy schedule that week, but the weather was accommodating, so they worked around our busy schedule to help us get everything in while it was warmer out. We are truly happy with how everything went! No complaints on our end at all! Thank you to Joseph, Brad, Noah, and the two other gentlemen I am forgetting their names, sorry!
