I cannot warn people strongly enough: do not use Cleaning Maid Beautiful. My experience was awful from start to finish. After receiving a quote, I was relentlessly called—DAILY—despite clearly stating I wasn’t ready to schedule yet and would reach out when the time came. The pushy, aggressive follow-up should’ve been my first red flag, things only went downhill from there.

I booked a move-out clean and was shocked by the poor quality of service. Only one cleaner showed up initially, who was later swapped with another who repeatedly mentioned she had another job to get to. She also informed me they only schedule 1.5 people for 3 hours for a full move-out clean—an impossible standard for a job that would require a small crew of 3-4 if done properly.

It was obvious they were rushing and not given the time or support to do the job thoroughly. The attention to detail was non-existent. Dust was left on trim and around light fixtures, floors weren’t properly scrubbed (there was still visible grime), and basic flat surfaces weren’t even wiped. I wiped down a small table myself after they left and the paper towel came away filthy—they hadn’t cleaned it at all.

This company didn’t clean much of anything and certainly didn’t deliver what they promised. There was no accountability, no thoroughness, and no value for the price. As a franchise, their model seems designed for speed and turnover, not quality results.

Do yourself a favor: skip this company and find professionals who actually clean. I wish I had!

Sent this company out to my friend's house in Cranberry as a gift to her--she has a newborn and two other children, one with severe special needs. It was easy to schedule and coordinate even though we were working through me. Kimberly was so kind and understanding of the situation.

My friend was so pleased and blessed to have Jules and Haley. They went out for two hours and got so much done in that amount of time. They cleaned her bathrooms, vacuumed, mopped, dusted. She feels such relief. Above and beyond our expectations. My friend was completely floored and so, so happy with their service.

Had a scheduled cleaning at 1 pm. Got a text asking if she could come on Monday instead of my scheduled time. I told her no because I was on a time schedule. She wanted Sunday but that was also messing with my timeline but i did say that I should get a discount. She said she couldn't do a discount even though by that time she was already late. She told me her assistant hurt his hand and she could come out Sunday with her husband. Still doesn't work for me but I understand accidents happen. I sent her a text back to see what time she could come on Sunday and never heard back from her. Now I am in a bind. I can't do business with a company like this and my wife and I were looking for a cleaning company on a regular basis. I couldn't recommend anyone to use your service.
