Totally unreliable. ....Cleaned my gutters and threw the wet leaves and slop on the patio and did not clean up. Called to make sure my windows were cleaned by Christmas (twice) and they did not show after promising that they would be done in time for the holidays. What a bunch of losers.

Beware, quarterly window cleaning does not mean they will come 4 times a year. It means they will come when they can😒. Last year they came twice, this year 3 times. It is a complete crapshoot with them. And the weather has not been inclement in Dec so that excuse is not valid.

This is a very responsive and reputable company that I have used for several years for both window and gutter cleaning. The service people are professional, polite, and competent. I recommend them!

They were booked pretty far out but they came when scheduled and were professional. Windows looked great. Only negative was that the cleaner did not snap our screens back in the place and now I can’t find most of the clips, so that is pretty annoying.

I purchased a Groupon from this company on October 4, 2012. The same day I set up an appointment for the following Thursday, October 11th. Our house was prepped (all screens out, etc) and ready for the appointment. Come home Thursday after work, windows weren't done- no call, no letter left, nothing. I called the next day, the man who answered said that they were "out of town"- well thanks for letting me know and rescheduling?? So I rescheduled for the following Monday, October 15, 2012, I came home after work with a note from them saying that our "screens were locked"- as I mentioned before, we took ALL screens off and double checked when we came home that we didn't miss one; nope we didn't. So I call, again the following few days later and asked why we got a note saying screens were locked when they were all off, pretty understanding because maybe they got the wrong house. So.. once again rescheduled for November 5th (1 month after buying this Groupon). The website for this company states that they will knock on the door before beginning- didn't happen. I was home the whole morning and watched the cleaner- he only cleaned our basement window, and first floor; we have two more floors that were left untouched. So I called to follow up after they left, "why did our second and top floor windows not get cleaned?????" Well- "we apparently (and no where in any phone call or on their website state that) we have a 40 foot rule and couldn't reach those windows and there were wires" Well thanks for telling me now?!?!? I would have never purchased this and could have done the same job on my own had I known that a supposedly "professional" window cleaning company can't invest in some decent ladders and clean windows??!!?! I don't recommend this company whatsoever, poorest customer services I've ever experienced!

I hired A Clearview to have my gutters cleaned. Cory was on time, thorough and didn’t leave any mess behind! I appreciated his professionalism. I will be calling back to schedule a window cleaning for sure!

My wife has been using A Clearvue for some time. No major complaints before. Today A Clearvue telephoned to clean our windows next week. My wife reminded the representative that the last time they came, the cleaner said he could not do the second floor because of the snow. At that time he asked and received full payment saying the cleaning person would come back when the snow was gone. When my wife reminded the caller and asked that the current invoice be adjusted, he said no because the invoice for next week's cleaning had already been prepared. When she asked that the cleaners only clean the second floor windows because the first floor windows were still fine and she could easily reach the first floor windows herself, the representative said they would not come out again and slammed the phone down. Sometimes courtesy even trumps a lower price. Unfortunately A Clearvue provides neither.

A Clearvue checks all the boxes for a great window cleaning company: quality, value, professional, responsive and especially on time. Great job Curt!

A Clearvue does a great job. I’ve used A Clearvue several times in the past and they are Always on-time, very professional, and easy to work with in bother scheduling and billing. I recently had A Clearvue power wash moss off rooftop, along with white gutters, fascia boards and trim, and they turned out looking new. I don’t know anyone personally at A Clearvue, they are just very good.

I've been using A Clearvue twice a year for outdoor window cleaning since 2014. My house is a very tall, 3-story Victorian home. I send them an email in the spring and the fall, they respond rapidly to schedule as soon as possible, they do a great job, and their price can't be beat. I highly recommend them!
