The most terrible cleaning I have ever had. They cleaned two out of three bedrooms, did not vacuum clean sofas, did not dust any surface that had anything standing on it claiming that they only clean and not organize. They charged me $200 for 2.5 hrs by 2 people, i.e. $40/hr - the most expensive cleaning I have ever had. When asked to clean what they missed they were very rude and defiant and refuse. Stay away from them.

I had an estimate scheduled on Thursday, 9/21/2017. Two gentleman came to our business for cleaning estimate. We agreed on the cleaning schedule and the cleaning price. They scheduled to start on Monday, 9/25/2017 at 9 am. I received an e-mail on Sunday, 9/24/2017 after 9 pm they canceling the service, due to the helpers son gets on the school bus after 8:30 am. I told them our business is closed that day so they can come any time. I got a respond the first thing in the morning he will talk with the helper and they will let me know. Well, I never heard back from them. I sent a message and told them I would be flexible on a couple evenings, early mornings or weekends or any time on Mondays. Well, I never received any response from this company. I think they made up this story and they lied about the helper being unable to do the work. I do not recommend this company. Not reliable, unprofessional, not recommend to anyone. Also giving a very short cancelation time not acceptable and they don't answer your messages. They just ignore you. If you read this message please do not hire this company.

I would like to update my review: please be careful when you hire this cleaning company. As a revenge, they will put a bad review to your business page even though you have never giving them a service. They enjoy badgering and harassment.

The staff is extremely friendly, pays attention to detail and cares about the finished product. I would 10/10 recommend Motta for ALL your cleaning needs whether it’s commercial or residential.
