Reviews of local pros in Crafton, Pennsylvania

Working in Real Estate has its demands, and one of them is needing service providers to be thorough, on time and responsive. This team provided all of the above with servicing my listing and made sure to get the job done on time and done WELL! Looking forward to continue working with them.

Motta Professional Cleaners are amazing! Rafael and another employee came to my house, gave me an estimate and started cleaning right away. I will absolutely use Motta Professional Cleaners again!

I was very pleased with their attention to detail and how well they cleaned my home. They really go above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

I couldn’t be happier! I’ve gone through three different cleaning companies since we moved into our home in 2014. I honestly got to the point where I just thought maybe I was expecting too much and needed to lower my expectation of how my home was cleaned. It’s rather unfortunate that I would have to clean after the cleaning company/lady left so my husband wouldn’t complain about the money we were spending on a service that wasn’t sufficient. The last cleaning service we used re-located, and I didn’t pursue trying to find another company after the results we received. I unfortunately was in a car accident, so I have three herniated discs, which makes cleaning my home rather difficult for me- add on a toddler and three dogs and it’s a lot to keep up with but I did for six months until my back totally went out and I knew it was time to give it one more chance to find a cleaning company and that’s where I happened to see Motta Professional Cleaners ad. The one thing that really stood out to me was the fact they mentioned that they were very detailed and actually named each part of my home that would be cleaned! For once, I finally thought- someone gets it!!!! I took a chance and contacted them and they promptly responded and we set up a free estimate. I had a great feeling about the estimate because they literally talked about everything they would clean without me saying a word, which I’ve never experienced before. After the estimate, we scheduled a date. I’ve learned throughout this process to not get my hopes up and just pray for the best. Well let me tell you, they cleaned my home yesterday and I’m literally blown away. I’ve never witnessed someone love on my home like Motta did. Every baseboard was cleaned, every light fixture and chandelier was dusted. They even went the extra mile and let me know what kind of bulbs I needed in some of my chandeliers that I didn’t get the chance to get up on a ladder to see when they burned out. They are extremely thorough, detail oriented and very efficient. They work their way through your home like a fine tuned machine. I love that they work a room from the top to the bottom, so all of the dust, crumbs from the tables fall to the floor before they sweep and mop. They have a system and it works. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched cleaning companies come into my home and they just seemed lost as to where to begin. I never write reviews but I am so blessed to have found this company that it was important for me to give them the credit they DESERVE! If you are like me and are very detail oriented and notice the small details- you can’t go wrong with Motta Professional Cleaners!!! Thanks!

Motta cleaning company is great! When I got home, I felt like I was at a 5 star hotel. They arrived in the time we had scheduled and they just took their time cleaning every little detail in my house. I truly recommend them! Xoxo

Had my first housecleaning with Motta Prof Cleaners and I’m extremely pleased. The level of professionalism and attention to detail warrants an excellent rating. If I could, I’d give them 10 stars out of five!

Motta Cleaners has been cleaning my home for the past 6 months and I cannot say enough positive things about their services. Rafael is very responsive and will answer questions immediately. The team does an amazing job of getting the surfaces, nooks and crannies that are often overlooked on a daily basis. My home smells amazing and sparkles when the team is done. We have a dog that sheds and having hair everywhere has always been an issue. The Motta team does an amazing job making sure that the hair is gone and our floors, counter tops and living areas are cleanly and attractive. Thank you Motta Cleaners!

I could hardly catch up to get a photo

No house needs cleaned that bad to be going that fast!

Motta has been cleaning for us for a very long time. The professionalism displayed by the team is exceptional. Absolutely wonderful customer service and spectacular cleaning services. They are always able to squeeze us in last minute. I am very happy to partner with them. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve had the opportunity of being a customer of Motta’s on two different occasions. Initially, I stayed in an Airbnb serviced by Motta Cleaners, and I was very impressed with their level of detail and professionalism. Currently, I reside in a building where Motta Cleaners are providing services and I am more than satisfied. The employees are polite and do fantastic work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a company that provides excellent services. By the way, I cannot believe someone would post a negative review (or a review at all for that matter) regarding an employee speeding. If you had to “catch up” with them, that obviously means you were speeding as well. Call law enforcement and make a complaint, but do not leave a negative review on their website for something completely unrelated. Furthermore, please make sure you tell law enforcement you were also speeding. They will love that-take it from someone who knows.

We have Motta come to our shop every other week and could not be happier. We always look forward to coming in to a nice fresh space after they have been there. They always do a great job and pay attention to the small details that make a difference. We also love the online payment system, makes things easy and seamless. Very happy we found them!

Motta is a great & professional cleaning company. They have been cleaning our personal homes & business office for years. The owners are very kind and care about their customers. Their employees are dedicated & always polite. I cannot recommend them enough!

They were thorough, efficient, and paid attention to every detail. My home looks spotless, and they even tackled areas I didn’t think to mention.
