Price was very competitive and I was very pleased with their work. They were professional and made quick work of the job! I would recommend them to friends and family as a local family owned business. Thank you 20/20 for everything!

Highly recommend! They took down two large trees for a fair price. Did a great job cleaning up as well. Will use for future tree and landscaping needs!

What a great job! Al and his crew exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended. I will definitely call 20/20 for the next project!

Should have read the reviews before.
    Scheduled a free estimate.
They arrived and said I’ll get the quote by the end of the week.
Three weeks after I’m still waiting. Tried following up over text message. Never got a response.

    Will take my business elsewhere!

A house across the street used this company for a tree that was in risk of falling. They were cautious prior to starting to make sure everyone was aware and if any cars were needed to be moved. As they continued to cut they were always cleaning up debris all while maintaining a heavily trafficked street. #Craftmont

I had them remove and trim a tree, plus clear out a brush pile in my yard. The team was very professional and did an amazing job! Would highly recommend for any tree or landscaping project.

Cut concrete block without a wet saw, depositing a lot of silica into the air. What’s worse was they were allowing the customers of their job to stand right in the middle of the clouds. Do better.

Well I know I got the right company....Scheduled appointment last Tuesday for around eight this morning. The Driver said he was outside my house when I went to the door there was no one there??When he typed in my ZIP Code he said it came up Fox Chapel I lived here for many years and never had this problem....He told me they do not service my area I said why didn’t they say that when they took this appointment. The lady said she was new only a few months and didn’t know same as the driver did....They both kept using the word human error.I gave them my address and Fox Chapel is nowhere near where I live it was a lack of training. As I took the day off I got no estimate and no one came here as all I was told they were sorry. The drivers started getting loud He just wanted to debate with me. I got your number out of the clipper magazine from my area who’s fault is that???I asked to talk to the owner receptionist said he wasn’t in I asked for his number she would not give it to me. They kept saying have a nice day are you gonna pay for the day I lost taking off work???Will I ever get a callback from the owner????I can see why there’s so many horrendous reviews!!!! It will not let me post unless I gave it a one star it was a -5!!!

Great and easy communication about what services were needed and scheduling my appointment. Also they did a great job trimming the tree back away from the house.

I usually don't do reviews but I feel I need to warn others about this company. I contracted with Mike to have flagstone patio installed along with a fire-pit and water-feature. As soon as the work began I let Mike know that the quality of the work was unacceptable. The mortar work was sloppy. Knowing that mortar stains porous stone and that it is an adhesive I called Mike repeatedly to have it cleaned. To his credit he did come to the job looked over the work and promised to clean it up. However he never did.

The employee who did this start (an ex-con with his 16 year old son I later found out) (I wish I were kidding) quit. Mike used that as an excuse to blame all of the shoddy work on him. An example is a split rail fence that was installed so poorly that it nearly fell from rain. Again I wish I were kidding.

I could spend an hour discussing all the poor work, things of mine broken, deceitful practice i.e dumping debris from another job in my yard and covering it with dirt, or Mike's habit of trying to blame the customer when addressing concerns, but the experience with 20 landscaping has made me weary. I eventually had to ask them to leave after 2 and a half weeks of giving them an opportunity to make things right only to have them go very wrong.

Why 2 stars? Because I liked these guys despite their lacking skills they and Mike seemed like good guys. Mike needs to grow up and take control of his company. Until then...I'd steer clear.

    Tree removal
I own a building in Robinson Township and there was a 100+ year old elm tree that was dying. The expert team at 20/20 carefully and methodically removed the tree with out damaging the sign that was 3 feet away. The team of men that took down the tree was the most organized and efficient group that I have ever seen. I was amazed.
They were professional, showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. What more can you ask?

We had an issue with the firewood we ordered from the company (the first time we had ordered from them). When I made them aware of the problem I was really pleased with the response because they offered THREE options for me to choose from so we could solve the issue. As a person who has my own small business I know that everyone makes mistakes sometimes—it's how you make amends that's important. Thank you!

20/20 Landscaping was so professional came out within 2 days gave us an estimate and completed the job the following day 6 50’ pine trees. Great service will definitely use again in the future.

When I say that we had our entire property cleared and redone, I mean that literally. The workers were always on time, professional and listened to any feedback I had. During the process, they checked in to make sure they didn't miss anything. Our yard looks fantastic and I couldn't be happier!!!

I had some nasty dying trees in my back yard. Ive wanted them gone for a while and was not sure what to do and a friend had referred me to 20/20 landscaping and had told me they did an amazing job for her and she highly recommended them. I had them come out and remove my nasty dying trees and couldnt be happier with the job they had done i would highly recommend them to anyone! Very professional and really friendly!

I read all the good reviews about the company and decided to call them. I also emailed as suggested by their VM to schedule to get a quote. Within a week (Thursday I think), Blair was out to my house (while I was working...was told no need to be there but I had requested a call to discuss job). Blair called and I explained the work I was interested in getting done. I am guessing it would have been thousands of dollars (no small job). I didn't get much feed back on the phone but asked "how much I wanted to spend". I explained once the estimate was completed I would get as much, if not all, of the work done as possible depending on the cost but that would depend on "the estimate". Blair told me he would get back to me early the following week. I never heard from Blair. I waited about 2 weeks emailed/called leaving VM. No return call so about a week later I emailed/called leaving VM again. I got a call from Blair asking if I was looking for an estimate. I had to remind him who I was etc and that I had been waiting on my estimate. He stated he would get back to me. Never heard back from him...again with the emails/calls leaving VMs multiple times. I guess this was my mistake I should have understood they didn't want the job but we are all busy so I continued to call. Finally last week about a month after Blair's visit I called and he answered explaining he was with his kids but would call me back. I again never heard from Blair. So this morning I thought I would give it one last phone call leaving a VM. Blair called back with lots of excuses about being busy and wouldn't get to me until next spring if I wanted to wait. I explained I have no issue waiting BUT I never got an estimate etc so why would I wait when I have no price, no design, not to mention no interest in my being their customer. At that point, Blair said I was free to go with another company. It was horribly rude to not just tell me they didn't want the job and string me along. Horrible way to do business and barely cared once I pointed this out. I would never use them even after all the good reviews. I have never had such a hard time trying to spend money or get an estimate. I felt the need to post this review so the next person may consider a different company or even may not put so much effort into getting an estimate from 20/20.

Our retaining wall and front steps were replaced using 20/20 landscaping. They did a wonderful job, and were very efficient. They give competitive pricing in the area and I would recommend them over and over again.

Called a few places. This owner was the only one to actually come out to give an estimate on the day and time scheduled after he returned my phone call the same day. Workers did a great job , were friendly and cleaned up and hauled away debris. All at a fair price. Would highly recommend.

Your employee who drives a small company pickup truck and comes from noblestown Rd between sturgeon and Oakdale should not be allowed to drive a company vehicle. At 6am this morning he rode my vehicle bumper to bumper all the way to 22/30 then gunned it past me and cut through traffic doing probably close to 70 mph. Do you not have GPS in your company vehicles?

Had 2020 remove a large tree from my back yard. Was very impressed with the crew and equipment. They safely got the tree down without damaging my shed or fence. I would recommend to anyone needing tree removal or hardscape services.
