I have used 20/20 for the last five years for various projects from landscape design overhauls to retaining walls. Yesterday, Blair & crew were out for my yearly mulching, landscape cleanup, and to plant a couple of shrubs that needed replacing. My yard looks amazing!! Words can't describe how impressed I always am with the results. I know I can always count on 20/20 for my landscaping needs.

I had hired ANOTHER tree service to come out and remove 2 large trees. I was blown off 2 times by them. A friend recommended 20/20. I couldn’t be happier they made it out the next day to help me out. They did a fantastic job. Fair priceing and great service. I will definitely use them again.

They like to come outside my house for no apparent reason at 8:30 in the morning and just rev engines super loud, people are trying to sleep. Plus I checked, they don't even open until 9. Why are people here in company trucks and heavy machinery just running engines.

Update: it is now 3:10 pm and theyve had multiple trucks in front of my house blocking the whole road in front of my house making it unaccessible.

This is our third or fourth year of having 2o/20 landscaping do you work for us on our 5 acres in peters Township. They are wonderful! Great Equipment. Great employees, skilled workers, great organization of tasks and a perfect cleanup job. I think their prices are fair and I recommend him highly.

20/20 was awesome! Got a very reasonable quote in less then 24 hours. Got our tree and stump removed in less then 48 hours. When they got here they worked quickly, efficiently, safely and clean up like they or the tree were never there. Highly recommend five stars.

These guys are located right by our library, and the owner is neighborly, so I've noticed the name as they worked all around the area, I knew I'd be needing some work eventually & was impressed as I saw some of the tricky cuts they've taken on & done well, even cleaning up like the tree was gone last year. So I got an estimate for a tree that fell against a relative's place. While it's more than I can afford right this minute, the fallen tree is stable enough, it's worth saving to have it done right, and with insurance, jus in case -- but they wouldn't keep getting the jobs they do, if they weren't top notch. Check back in a few months for an update.

We’ve used 20/20 for tree removal, firewood and have recently recommended them to a friend for a retaining wall project. Always gotten great, friendly service. Definitely recommend.

The 20/20 crew arrived on the scheduled morning to spread mulch on several beds throughout our property. While I was home they were walking over the grass areas with buckets containing mulch. I left home for awhile and then they began driving large trucks over the property, which created many ruts in several grass areas which they did not then address. I paid the agreed-upon price but called the office on the following day to complain. After several weeks a crew arrived and spread dirt and grass seed over the ruts - the dirt did fill in the ruts but the not much of the grass seed took. I called the company again and gave a status report but several weeks has passed and I've received no reply. It is noteworthy to consider how little care the company has for correcting damage that its crew caused to its customer's property.

I had received quotes from three landscapers for some privacy landscaping (trees, mulch, and replanting decorative grasses) and decided to use 20/20 landscaping. First of all I believed they provided the best value in the quote. The work was done today and I am very pleased. My husband was home while the work was being done and he said the workers were fast and efficient. I already booked them again in the Spring to do our front yard!

They did a great job. Rob the arborist was careful and thoughtful in his pruning. Al was great on the customer service side. I really appreciate their quality work. They have something to follow up on, if they do that they will have earned their 5 stars from me!

Very easy process. Filled out online form and was contacted in one day to set up appointment for estimate got an estimate within 3 days which was very reasonable price and they came out within 3 weeks and removed my big oak tree and trimmed some bushes. They were done in a couple hours. Cleaned up everything. Really great job. Thank you. Definitely recommend.

I had some trees in my backyard that I wanted removed. My back yard is very steep, and I have a chain link fence next to the trees I wanted removed. Blair came out twice to quote the work, as I had changed my mind after his first visit and added more trees to the scope of work. Fast forward to the day the work began. Both Rob & Al arrived and determined they could use their bucket lift but didn't have it with them that day. An hour later, Rob returned with the bucket lift. They trimmed and saved 2 of the 8 trees I originally wanted removed. Upon removal of the other 6 trees, there wasn't any debris left in the yard! They did a fantastic job removing the trees, removing the debris and left my yard in nice shape. I’d recommend 20/20 landscaping for tree removal - Rob and Al did a fantastic job!

The crew was friendly and did an excellent job for a reasonable price. I am thrilled with the results, and hope to use them again soon.

Same issue as some of the other respondents below. Wasted my time waiting over a week for an appointment, then was promised a proposal that was not forthcoming.

Received a flyer in the mail from this company and also checked out their website. Landscape design was prominent in both. I called them about a number of smaller home projects which I explained on the phone, all of which are mentioned as services provided on their website. Had to meet the owner of the company at 7:15 AM to get an appointment eight days later. He was about 1/2 hour late. Walked through proposed projects for landscape design/install in mulch bed areas, privacy trees in several spots and lawn repair/reseeding. He told me they don't do lawn cutting or fertilization and weed treatments. No problem, I already had that work contracted with others. Owner promised me a proposal on all items that we discussed either later that day or the next day. That was the last I heard from him.

I probably should have realized he was not serious because he didn't take any measurements, just a few photos. Afterwards I did some more research on internet (my fault, should have done this earlier). From the reviews it appears this company is primarily a tree removal contractor.

I don't know why contractors do this to people when they could just say they're too busy or not interested in bidding the work. The reality with all types of work is that you have to call and schedule meetings with 3 to 5 contractors to find a good match. Some don't like being in a competitive bid situation because they might end up wasting their time, but they have no problem wasting yours, either by not showing up or not following up.

I had 20/20 Landscaping cut down multiple trees in my yard. The price was very reasonable. The workers were very respectful and very hardworking. My neighbors commented quite a bit on how good the workers were. They cleaned up my second lot in TWO DAYS. I am very impressed with 20/20 Landscaping and will contact them again for any services they do. They were on time, worked constantly through out the day and they got the job done.
