I called Hughes again Monday 7/21. This time for my Hot Water. It was way to hot. They came out the same day!! Came 15min. before scheduled time 😊. I am sorry, I cannot recall the technician He was very friendly, found the problem right away. Explained what it was, it was fixed within the hour! I am very happy with Hughes. I like when I call, there is a very friendly person that you can talk with. Very good company

I had some trouble even “finding” anyone for a service call to an oil boiler. With Hughes, It was easy to make the appointment for service; and the office person (Kate/Caitlyn?) was informative, and a good communicator. The service technician (Colin) arrived within the predicted window. After a diagnostic check, he was very informative. He answered all questions about service options and pricing and things to look out for with either choice of limited service or a more complete repair with additional preventative steps. At the end of service I felt I received a very thorough job. I will definitely use Hughes Heating for future service or installation as needed.

Colin did a great job fixing my son‘s furnace. He was in and out in about an hour. He was very knowledgeable and he was on time. The price I paid I guess was average. I thought it seemed a little higher than expected, but I’m grateful that he could fix it in a timely fashion. I would definitely use Hughes heating and air conditioning services again.
