5 star review all day long. I have had J. Downend Landscaping do all my landscaping since I moved into my house in 2007. They take the time to talk and listen to you. J. Downend comes up with a design and a plan that fits your needs. They have 100% of my trust. They delivered on what was agreed upon every time. The workers are professional, courteous and respectful of you and your house. The last project they just completed for me was a 500 square foot backyard paver patio with landscape lighting. Totally knocked it out of the park! Recommend them for all your landscape needs.

After meeting with several landscaping companies in the area to scope out a hardscaping project, we were absolutely thrilled with our choice to hire Dave’s team at J Downend. We had a completely unfunctional backyard due to a big slope, and Dave designed a beautiful seating area, walkway, and regraded a significant portion of our yard to have a flat grassy space for the kids. Dave was on-site every day through the project to answer questions and discuss progress and everything was on time. There was even a point during the project when I went outside to check on progress and immediately thought, “Wow! I wasn’t expecting it to be THIS nice.” We are completely blown away with the quality and end product.

The worst!!!! Cut down flowers and not weeds. Lawns and bushes are not taken care of properly! Shocked that Foxfield Naamans Creek HOA uses them. Shocking!!!

Dave Tuberville and crews were a pleasure to work with. Our project included a walkway, lighting, front porch, back patio, stone firepit and plantings all around our property. Dave’s expertise and meticulous attention to detail throughout the entire process produced exceptional results. Everyone is amazed at the beautiful transformation of our property. We couldn’t be happier and we highly recommend Downend!

My wife, Amanda, and I were referred by our builder, Ross Hellings of Hellings Builders Inc., to J. Downend Landscaping and we are grateful for the referral. Dave Turberville, was our design and project manager. Dave was great, he knew we were moving from California to PA and that coordinating such a project would take extra time and effort on his part. He did not let us down. He was engaging and responsive to our desires for a certain design and the look that we wanted for our new home. The design he presented was second to none and included many garden and shrub beds, 30,000 square feet of sod and a sprinkler system to keep it green during the hot Summer months. Dave, and his team of workers were polite and always respectful during the construction process and during follow up maintenance. I feel like from this experience I can call Dave my friend. I would recommend Dave and J. Downend Landscaping ten times out of ten to anyone with a small or big project! Matt

Super happy with the job Downend did! The yard looks amazing!!! They cleaned everything up, trimmed the bushes perfectly, and even took care of little details I didn’t expect. You can tell they really care about doing a good job.
