Clancy and Blake were amazing, so knowledgeable and friendly, explained in great detail why our HVAC was not functioning properly. Horizon wrongly diagnosed the issue days prior and charged us a $89 diagnostic fee. This company charges no inspection fee and found the problem immediately. Please think about using this family run business for any HVAC services over the corporate companies, so much better quality and value. Cory in the office is so friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend them enough.

Seal the Deal does a great job. Cory was very friendly and knowledgeable. They put in a new Bosch system and it is great! They are very professional local family owned business really helped me understand what I needed with my house. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I are very pleased with the knowledge of both Clancy and Cory Flood. We were treated professionally and with the utmost courtesy. I would highly recommend Seal the Deal Heating and Air to everyone. Our A/C unit stopped working and I called Cory on Sunday; Clancy came Monday morning. We wound up needing both a new unit and a new gas furnace and both were installed 4 days later. WOW!! Their prices are very reasonable and I felt they treated us like family. Shout out to Cory, Clancy, Blake, Joseph, and Shane (aka Drew). You guys are the best!

We had to hire a lawyer to get them to finish.

Initially, we were delighted with Seal the Deal. Their quote was a good price and they even found a better plan for the install that cost us less money. The install was great; the township inspector actually said it was one of the cleaner installs he'd seen. We love our new heat pump and everything is working great. If we'd stopped there, this would be a five star review. However, they still needed to fix a couple of things, remove our old oil tank, and give us the purchase information for the warranty on the system. At that point, all communication stopped. They did not respond to phone calls or texts for several months until, on a hunch, I called them from a different number. One of the owners actually picked up, PRETENDED TO HAVE PHONE PROBLEMS, and hung up on me. At that point, we hired a lawyer. It took more time, but eventually they did make good on their promises. And, to be fair, they didn't ask for the remaining money we owed them but we had to pay the lawyer so financially it was a wash for us. To sum up: install-fabulous, aftercare-absolutely terrible. As it is, I would not recommend Seal the Deal unless they get someone else doing the scheduling.

Their team was kind, professional and very accommodating when we needed to replace our Hvac over the weekend. 10/10, 2 thumbs up! Highly reccommended after they fixed my 2 units. I was infuriated after buying 2 new heat pump units from another company, my family and I (3 small kids 5 & under) were beyond frustrated when the house was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. THANKFULLY Seal the Deal, Especially Blake, came through in the clutch and found and fixed the issues due to sloppy installation and flat out lack of effort or accountability. It seemed tough to pinpoint intermittent issues but Seal the Deal came through, especially with off-hours support. LESSON LEARNED: If you're in the market for some HVAC work, don't focus so much on the dollars and cents. You may be able to find another outfit and save a few dollars up front, but believe me the almost 2 years of heart-ache with our two units was not worth the savings and lack of sleep and peace of mind having to constantly monitor and babysit brand new units.

TLDR: HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED, Quality care, knowledgeable, and honest service is what you'll get from SEAL the DEAL, and they won't break your bank.

I had an appointment this evening for my heating system. I was very impressed with the technician Blake Quay. He was very knowledgeable, polite and took the time to explain the findings. Most of all he was very honest which I appreciated. If you having any heating issues, I recommend you contact Seal The Deal. There ought to be more honest Blake's in the world.

Clancy my technician was very nice and very professional. He got things done (and another issue my place was experiencing)in record time. He also stayed to make sure all was well. My furnace even seems to be working better prior to the problem I was having. Very pleased!!!

Last week, Clancy from the 'Seal the Deal' team came out to inspect my HVAC system. He spent over an hour identifying why the system was underperforming, using specialized tools to ensure my return and supply were properly balanced. He checked every single supply vent and provided an exact, detailed diagnostic on how to fix my airflow imbalance.

Beyond the hardware, he walked me through my thermostat settings, explaining what was configured incorrectly and how to optimize it for both energy savings and overall system health. Since this unit was installed in 2022, this is the first time the static noise has actually been fixed and the issue explained in detail. I’ve had many big-name companies come out previously, and none of them got even close to the level of service Clancy provided. I will definitely be using them for every HVAC issue moving forward!

I have been using this company for just over 4 years. They put 2 heaters in a couple of my rental properties. Corey and his guys are very reliable, friendly and have top notch workmanship. I had a heater stop working yesterday and my tenant had his friend, who was supposed to be a heating contractor look at it because he was close by. He said I might need a new heater or at the least rebuild a section. I called Corey he sent Clancy out to look at it today, on Sunday. It only needed a sensor and he fixed it within half an hour. I can highly recommend this company for their honestly and great workmanship. Its hard to find good, trustworthy contractors.

Really great experience start to finish. Cory, Blake, and Clancy were all awesome to work with, installing a new heat pump and air handler for us. Blake handled both the install and our initial estimate, and was a better salesman than the sales guys from the other companies we got quotes from. He gave the most thorough walkthrough of all our options, plus explained rebates, warranties, manufacturer discounts, and financing considerations other companies never mentioned. I liked working with the technician from step 1, so I knew exactly what I was getting, I had trust in the installation, and there was no handoff.
