Fair pricing and excellent service removing four large trees. . The crew was very respectful of our property and did a thorough clean up upon completion.
We would not hesitate to use Kingkiner again and highly recommend this company to anyone needing tree work.

I’m sorry I only had 1 tree to remove! Kingkiner did a wonderful job removing a large spruce tree from our property. The Kingkiner team were on time, polite, respectful of our property and our neighbors and professionally cleaned up all shavings from the chipper. Logs that could not be chipped were removed the next day. The office team behind the scenes were just as wonderful! They were good communicators representing the company. They coordinated the PECO shut off and we’re very assuring that we may the right decision choosing Kingkiner. Many thanks to all!!!

I wanted to extend a sincere thank you for the work you did on our property. Your team was on time, efficient, friendly, professional and left our property in great condition. We were really impressed! Kingkiner did everything they said they were going to do and in the time frame we agreed to. It's refreshing to work with a professional group with such a strong work ethic. We were sad to lose our trees, but feel we were in the best of hands for such a big job.

I had a very large tree fall on my house. Jody was quick to come out to look and provide an estimate. The pricing was great, and the service was better than that. They were always a quick phone call, text, or email. The team came in with crane. All of the workers were professional and friendly. The workers did a fantastic job cleaning up when the job was done. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again. They made a very stressful situation, easy!

Definitely don’t recommend. We paid the highest price for a complicated job hoping it would be done right. Crews were nice, management was bad. Crews either didn’t show up on the days scheduled or showed up unannounced. Damage was left to our neighbors trees (pic attached of one of multiple trees damaged) and we had to chase them down to get it rectified. It would have been cheaper and easier to have one guy come and drop the tree. Don’t waste your money.

Had a large walnut tree trimmed today. Victor (supervisor) and Eddie (cutter) were very professional, respectful of property, and cleaned up impeccably. Would definitely use Kingkiner again. 5 stars.

Not only did they give us the lowest bid, the crew that took down an 80 foot white pine in our backyard was professional, polite and did a fantastic job of cleaning up. They were careful placing the outriggers for the bucket lift, and used large metal plates to spread the weight. No indentations were left. We would highly recommend Kingkiner for tree removal.

I have two rugs about 14-15 years old, I went to Area rug spa and drop them off for a cleaning, the staff were very friendly, I pick them up few days ago and open them up at home, It was clear that the rugs got great care and cleaning, also one of the rugs has a bit smell before the cleaning and now the smell is gone, I will defiantly recommend this place to my friends.

These guys are something else have a coupon and everything and they didn't want to do it. Claiming it will bring dirt up like I wasn't a carpet cleaner myself there main deal was upcharge or nothing. From 150 to 380/480 rest assured I will be using this coupon next time

I would definitely use them again. They did an amazing cleaning job on my wool rug . They came to pick up the rugs for free and on time, efficient, and very nice. I will definitely use any of their service again.

OVERPRICED CAR WASH FOR YOUR CARPET.
Issue 1.) The business will not alert you of any price changes while in possession of your property. I delivered my 8'x8' area rug to the Area Rug Spa where it was evaluated and determined NOT to be wool (there's a markup for wool). I opted to have my rug cleaned and protected for $200. When I arrived to pick up my rug the rep told me that it was determined to be wool so the PROTECTION (i.e., after it was washed) would be an additional $50 (totaling $250). I was never contacted to make a decision whether or not I wanted to proceed with the PROTECTION at an additional cost - they just went ahead and did it on my behalf.

Issue 2.) When I placed the rug back in our dining room I noticed a circular blemish that was not on the rug prior to Area Rug Spa's service. When I returned the rug to show them the blemish the rep told me that my rug was so dirty that the blemish was likely masked and later revealed after washed. This was unsubstantiated by the before/after photos as there was no change in color contrast. Even if a blemish was revealed there was NO EFFORT to remove it or compensate me. I would not take my car through a carwash if there was no one on the other side to make sure it was dried/detailed. I was told that they were sorry but not going to do anything about it.

The AREA RUG SPA is perfect green clean were able to provide quality service they came out pick up my Area Rug which had a lot of stains and about a week they delivered it back to me . they did outstanding job on my Rugs. They were very sweet, fast and delivery my rugs on time. They really do have the newest cleaning equipment up there

MUST CHECK IT OUT the RUG Spa we used this company for area rug cleaning services today we were there dropped our area rugs .the have a great Facility. our rugs look like brand new they were prompt and did an amazing job. The staff was very thorough, kind, and very helpful thank you guys for everything .

Green Clean Carpet Have a Rug Spa love this name lol is a quick and easy to schedule. They were honest about the price they are giving you some options on price depending if You would like to have your rugs Smells better or sanitize very communicative, flexible, and super thorough. I'll definitely be using them again.
