The Patrician Society uses Toto Heating & Cooling for our walk-in
freezer and refrigerator. Service is excellent. They answer our calls and respond promptly. They repaired our freezer during a heat wave so we didn't lose additional food. Highly recommend.

I contacted Toto’s because my AC was not working. They were very responsive and had someone come out to look at it within a day. Once we determined that the AC needed to be replaced they provided me options of varying prices. I selected the option I wanted to go with and they scheduled the installation for the next day. The new AC works great. Toto’s does great work and are very easy to work with.

I contacted Toto's Heating & Cooling through a third party link because my air conditioner wasn't working. I received an call within a hour after filling out my information on line. They informed me that they would have a technician out within an hour. Thinking I was going to require a new unit since it was 30years old. Sean (technician) after inspecting the unit said it was repairable. Which he did that same day within a few hours ... I was back to cooling off. I would highly recommend Toto's Heating & Cooling for their honesty, integrity and customer service. Shout out to Sean for his customer service.

Toto’s has been a lifesaver for me. My AC went out on one of the hottest days in the summer and I was home alone with a baby and toddler while my husband was away on business. I was practically in tears and must have made about 15+ calls to local companies in the area and Toto’s came out right away, same day, within 2 hours of me calling. The Tech, Bobby, was so knowledgeable, he fixed it right away and even found and explained how the unit could work more efficiently and showed me how it wasn’t set up properly in the first place. Even the owner, Charles, came out and took a look to evaluate our system and made multiple recommendations of what we could do.
Very knowledgeable guys and trustworthy. They do great work. Would 10/10 recommend.

I reached out to TOTO to analyze and provide an estimate for the repair of my heater. They were completely fair with their response time, provided an honest estimate to complete the repair. I needed a new motor for my heater and they advised the motor was under warranty so they were able to save me a considerable amount of money. The original company that installed the heater never advised me of an active warranty although they knew the motor had to be replaced. Their estimate was completely inflated. I reached out to my neighborhood fb page and several people advised me to call TOTO. Their prompt response, service and expertise turned out to be a great experience. Mr. Toto evaluated the problem along with Elijah. I would recommend them for their honesty and capability to complete the job and their reasonable pricing for all heating evaluation and repair. Elijah was completely professional and completed the repair with no problem. He was courteous and incredibly professional. They have my business. I highly recommend this company.
