My walk-in flower cooler was not keeping a cold enough temperature. I was in the middle of designing flowers for a large wedding, so the stakes were high! I can’t stress enough how good the customer service is on both ends! I called In the morning when they opened and within the hour I got an appointment time for the tech to come out. I woke up to no heat in my home.
I called Toto HVAC, and within the half hour , Mr. Toto arrived to fix the problems with my heater.
He was professional and explained the problems. The cost of fixing the problem was very reasonable. I will use this company to service my AC in the Spring.

Toto's Heating & Cooling came to the rescue on the one of the hottest weeks of the year when our A/C stopped working. From the office personnel to the technician, things were handled efficiently, professionally, and with a smile. A/C was back up and running within 2 hours and working better than before! If you're on the fence about hiring Toto's... don't be. I had a very complex, unusual HVAC installation and from start to end this company was exceptional!

I had never heard of Toto's before Googling them but I would never think to use anyone else. The owner, Charles Toto, truly cares about every step of every part of the process and the outcome shows.

1. They visited my home multiple times before I even agreed to the job. No high pressure sales tactics like other companies!!!
2. They kept me well informed during every stage of the process, even when Worcester Township took quite a while to issue the permit.
3. Even though they could have made it easier on themselves on many occasions, they chose to do the right thing each time (even when it was more difficult!) They went above and beyond for my complicated installation.
4. They made sure the job was finished before a heat wave in May! (over 100 degrees)
5. Every person on their team was knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and they all cleaned up. Shout out to Kyle, Peter and CJ!

I own a restaurant and I am so happy to have Toto’s when something breaks or stops working. Weather it is a refrigerator, an ice machine, or a heater, I simply text Marie and she gets back to me promptly. She is so polite. All of the service techs are just so pleasant and knowledgeable- they usually always come our day of and work to resolve the issue. We love Toto’s!!
