Always pleased with this company. They are prompt and communication is excellent. Ryan did our lawn today and answered all my questions prior to starting. Very polite and was even thoughtful about waking a sleeping toddler which did not happen. Thank you Ryan!!!. Highly recommend!!

We are a new customer this year and can't be more pleased! We are notified before each visit, crew are all very professional, show up when advised and very respectful of our home. They are great with communication and send emails and leave notes of all applications that are applied and schedules of future visits. They reach out to follow up on treatments and ask if any issues, etc..

They also do an excellent job ensuring our fence gates are firmly locked to prevent our dogs from getting out. We are not only very pleased with the results of their services but the way in which they conduct them.

We had our second treatment today using EcoGreen's Organic Lawn Care program. Steve was our first technician and Charles was our technician today. Both were super friendly, professional, and informative. A great experience with EcoGreen so far. Excited to see how our lawn benefits in time.

All the staff of EcoGreen have been very helpful, and friendly. The service has been excellent. The lack of rain the past year has been particularly challenging for maintaining a healthy lawn. These challenging conditions underscore the importance of doing the best to care for your lawn to minimize the impact. I am convinced that without the help of EcoGreen, my lawn would not be as healthy (and able to endure adverse conditions that it has). I liked Steve's thoughts that it is a value when the same person tends to my lawn each time (when possible). Keep doing what you're doing EcoGreen!

We hired EcoGreen to take care of the weeds growing in our lawn. After a couple weeks, we noticed most of the weeds were not eradicated. We contacted Jason and informed him of the situation and never received a response. Several weeks later, we received an automated email stating that they were going to perform a treatment of slow release fertilizer. Why would we want to fertilize the weeds? Customer service is a joke; emails go unanswered and issues are ignored. Save yourself the frustration and hire a company that cares about their customers.

Additionally, please look closely at when many of the five star reviews were posted, as the owner’s response is from a significant time before the review was written. How can that be possible?

UPDATE: The owner called me after I left this review and stated that they did in fact respond to my issue concerning the POOR application of the weed treatment. I never received the email but he sent the response again and in my opinion it is not satisfactory.

Here’s the response to my initial compliant:
“We will be starting our next round of service next week. I will put you on my hotlist to prioritize your next service. We do have to wait a minimum of 4 weeks to do the next application.”

The service that he’s referring to is a “Slow Release Fertilizer” which I believe will make the weeds worse. Isn’t that what fertilizer does?

I had been a customer for years, but my recent experience with EcoGreen Lawn Care was extremely disappointing and ultimately drove me to switch providers.

Shortly after a treatment was applied during an extreme heat wave, I noticed widespread yellowing and distinct lines of damage across my lawn—damage that appeared within just two days. Multiple independent lawn care professionals I consulted agreed that while some disease may have been present, much of the damage was consistent with a misapplication of weed control products.

When I brought this to EcoGreen’s attention, they immediately deflected blame, insisting the problem was solely caused by a turf disease and refusing to acknowledge the possibility of application error. Instead of taking accountability or working toward a resolution, they stood by their position and insisted the final invoice remain due.

Mistakes can happen in any business, but the unwillingness to accept responsibility or even consider credible outside opinions speaks volumes about a company’s values. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend EcoGreen Lawn Care and would urge others to consider companies that stand behind their work and prioritize customer satisfaction.

I have been getting compliments on my lawn since I started your service. Charles did a great job. Very happy with the several years of service.

This is my third time working with Jesus and his crew. I really liked his work with topsoil and dead tree (and stump) removal. He is the only person I will call for any outdoor needs. This time around, I needed my land to be leveled and of course, he performed.

What I really appreciate is his honesty and his prices are fair. You tell him what you want, he gives his recommendations and you go from there. No upselling or pressure to buy, just strait to business.

Jesus and Horizon Tree Service have been excellent to work with. I’ve utilized Horizon several times for tree trimming and removal. They have been consistently reasonable, professional, responsive and attentive to details. Horizon Tree Service staff are exceptional. I highly recommend them.

Amazing cleanup, branch grinding, wood chip removal, raking, Unbelievable team work. His tree chainsaw climber was like a gorilla 🦍 with his ropes and harness. This local company is EXCELLENT!

Most amazing tree service you could hope for. Affordable, professional, knowledgeable and very quick. We had to have several dead and damaged trees removed, some over buildings. The guys give great advice and are not trying to upsell anything. They were always on time and left the property spotless, and are much more affordable than any of the other companies we have worked with.
