The heavy snow damaged my pavilion roof severely. Jim, the owner of trilink roofing, came out the same day I called and evaluated the damage. He gave me a very fair estimate compared to the other roofers that I called. Then came the lumber crisis! No lumber was available. However, Jim communicated with me and kept me abreast of the availability and got me the best prices. His team was kind, courteous, professional and respectful of my place and cleaned up after each day. The workers for each phase including demo, electrical, roofers and gutter installers were efficient and helpful with their suggestions. They all treated me like family. Very nice people and company. Very communicative and reasonably priced. I would give 4.5 stars if I could. My only complaint is they need a better system for cleaning up materials. I had found a good amount of nails in the yard and unfortunately so did my tractor. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

TRI-LINK is definitely 5 star! I had a leaky roof. From the time of my first phone call Paul was out here immediately. I signed the contract on Thursday. The supplies and dumpster were delivered on Monday. My roof was replaced on Tuesday and Wednesday. The communications were excellent from start to finish. All my questions were address. Hard workers on the roof continuously working. Joyce was amazing! This company is veteran owned. I had three prior estimates from other companies and I know I chose the best!

Golfball sized hail as well as wind damages during a Spring storm in Pittsburgh - caused a major leaking rooftop - TriLinx Veteran Owned roofing contractors to the rescue. The professionalism of Jim and Joyce Sed - Owners was exemplary beyond words. My husband is disabled and was having a hard time dealing with fly by night predator roofing cold caller team plus a low baller insurance adjuster from “Bibberty Unusual whom I believe liked the flying duo climbing around my roof without paperwork in place? I was lucky I found TriLinx through my real estate broker from Redfin - Jen Sowers. I have been in the process of downsizing at the time of the wicked weathers occurrences - stressful indeed! Had a great experience with Jim at Tri- Link. They did an excellent job with the new roof installation, pricing was fair, they were very quick so we had no inconvenience and everything was cleaned up properly when the job was finished.

Great experience all around. The owner, Jim, is a fellow Marine, and I mostly worked with Paul, an Army vet who came out to check out the old roof and walk us through everything. Both were straightforward, professional, and easy to talk to.

The crew did an awesome job, the roof looks great, they worked fast, and the cleanup was spotless. They also offer a 25-year warranty, which really shows they stand behind their work.

And to top it off, they sent us Sarris chocolates that happened to arrive on Veterans Day, a really thoughtful touch. Just a solid company run by good people. Highly recommend.

Tri Link did my roof and they were incredible. Quick and Efficient and very good cleanup once they finished. I even had an issue with my roof before install and they came and patched it up until they could do the new install. I couldn’t recommend Tri Link anymore than I already do.
