Joe Fertal and his crew from Cascades Landscaping Inc. recently put in a paver patio for us replacing an old deck. All we can say is “Wow.” We are extremely pleased with the whole process from selecting the style of patio we wanted to the choice of the stone. Joe held our hands as he guided us through every step. The project was completed in a very timely manner and the cleanup was impeccable. We would certainly recommend Joe and his team to anyone who is looking for any kind of paver work to be done.

I would not recommend Cascades for any projects.
Cascades is unreliable and bad at communication.

They will repeatedly tell you that they’re going to get to your project tomorrow, next week, when equipment is available… and then no show with no explanation.

Nothing will be done as it was supposed to be, and telling them makes no difference. They will assure you that they can and will fix it. They can’t, or at least they won’t even try. After dealing with these issues for years, we should have dropped them sooner.

The only thing Cascades did “reliably” was cut my grass, but they didn’t cut my full property even after we reached out multiple times and clarified that it was an issue. They also cut as fast as they can, scalping my yard and leaving ruts and tire tracks all over.

The funniest part of this whole story is that after we tried to cancel their services they kept coming back to cut our grass (after we had already paid a different company to fix it). At least they’re consistently bad at communicating, I guess.

Cascades Landscaping was one of the best landscaping decisions we have made while renovating our back yard. The owner was on target with our fire pit and hillside request and provided a few other options for optimum aesthetic results. The crew was able to provide a few extra last minute enhancements at the last minute. Professional and affordable 100%

We would highly recommend Joe and his crew. They helped us with design ideas and material choices. We had them expand and renovate our current patio space adding a fire pit and lighting both on the patio and the front of the house. Despite the wet spring delaying our project, it was beautifully done in time for our daughter’s graduation party.

The guy driving the truck was very rude and doesn’t know how to stop for pedestrians in the crosswalk. I was walking with my two kids in the cross walk and he threw his hand up at me as if I did something wrong. He proceeded to roll his window down and use vulgar language in front of my kids. Seems like a really uneducated and unpleasant person. Hopefully he can do better in the future and learn from experiences. This is not a company I want working on my property.

I don’t care what your work looks like. I personally think you are unfit to perform a simple task. If you are worried about the kids then maybe you should watch your language. My kids were never in danger. You should rethink your driving situation if you think you can’t handle it. It’s ok to be wrong. You don’t have to blame someone else. Own your actions. Be a better person.

Austin and his crew are truly the best landscape group around! They do an exceptional job at a fair price. Looking forward to hiring them for many future projects.

I highly recommend Austin's Landscaping. He did a great job removing several rose bushes and replacing them with some beautiful shrubs. He gave me some great suggestions for what to plant in my backyard and they look so pretty. He is a very hard worker and professional and cleaned up afterwards.

Austin and two of his workers showed up when he said they would and went to work taking out four very big bushes, trimmed three others,and cut back a lilac bush also . They cleaned up and took all the waste with them. The work was excellent and would highly recommend them to everyone. Also the price was very fair. I will definitely have them back when needed.

Austin just finished a landscaping job for us. Can't tell you how pleased we are with the final result. He pulled out badly overgrown shrubs and replaced them. He trimmed others and did a lot of weeding. He's a very hard worker and his price was very fair. We highly recommend him.

We have used Austin's Landscaping for 2 years. They show up, mow lawn, weed wack, and if the grass doesn't need to be cut, they don't. Highly recommend their services.
