Love these guys. I have lots of trees. Some need trimmed regularly, some need to be taken down, a couple had to be removed after falling during a windstorm. I’ve had them here every year for the past 3 years. They do such great work at a very competitive price and they’re wonderful people. I can’t recommend them enough

Bradley and Micheal were an absolute joy to work with. Bradley was so considerate - he asked if there was anything that nedded special attention and I mentioned a French drain. He took so much care to work around it. Overall, very impressive. Thank you Bradley and Michael.

The crew for monster removed a 40 foot River birch 2 foot diameter in an awkward position next to my garage. They were professional, courteous and the cleanup was immaculate. Cindy said said I would love her crew and she was right! thank you, Cindy.

Prompt, courteous service with great attention to detail and adherence to the work order. When finished, the crew had us inspect the work & the site before payment. Awesome- will definitely use Monster Tree of North Pittsburgh again!

Cindy and her crew did an amazing job with our tree removal. The price was affordable, and the service was extremely professional from start to finish. She came out to review the project, gave us a quick and clear estimate, and her team walked us through the entire process so we were always on the same page—no surprises at all. They took great care of our property, removed both trees in one day, and left everything spotless. Truly a 10/10 experience!

They did extensive preventative maintenance pruning. Did a great job at a fair price. Top shelf equipment. Second time I"ve hired them and their field people have all been outstanding.

We had an excellent experience with Monster Tree Service! From start to finish, the team was friendly, personable, and a pleasure to work with. They showed up and walked us through the whole process.

The crew worked efficiently and safely, taking down our trees. They were careful around our property and went above and beyond to leave everything neat and clean when the job was finished. It’s clear they care about the quality of their work and their customers.

They also found some baby squirrel’s in the one tree and relocated them safely to a new home.

They were great! Requested a quote online and got a response the same day. They came out the following day to view the trees and provide an estimate. I was told to expect them in 2-4 weeks. On the first day of week 4 the crew was at my house to remove the trees. They had to come back the following day to finish up…in the rain. Great experience. Highly recommend!

Great service. Came out and gave us estimate within a couple of hours of our calling and sent us the dos within a couple of days. Once the weather cooperated they came and.finished in no time. We hardly even knew they were here. Great group all the way around. Highly recommended!!

The people at Monster Tree Service were excellent. They came within a day for an estimate and had the job done for me in a very short period of time. Very clean and neat. I would highly recommend them.

Monster Tree Service were great to work with. They were prompt to give us our estimate and then book us for our tree removal. They brought a lift so it was easier to move about with our electrical line going through the tree branches. Very little clean up as they were able to place all branches and logs into the woods next to our yard.

Monster was exceptional from start to finish. Working with Cindy was such a joy! Her and Joe really took the time to walk our yard and plan with us - being fully transparent and honest about what was best for us and the trees. The crew of Josh, James, Nathan, and Joe went above and beyond. They were friendly, efficient, professional, and highly skilled. The amount of pride they take in their work truly shines through. Phenomenal service all around! :) We've already recommended Monster to several neighbors! 10 out of 10!

The job was a big one from our perspective, but the crew of three was on top of the job from start to finish. The weather was not very cooperative but they safely completed the task. We’re very pleased.

April 2024 - Monster owner Cindy was very responsive and her crew is smart and knowledgeable. They confirmed the precise risk reduction pruning that I wanted before beginning, and performed the work carefully and professionally. They took care in placing the logs and chips I wanted to keep, and left the site in great shape.

September 2025 - as usual, the Monster crew delivered professional, friendly, above the top service, from the careful estimate through the excellent cleanup at job's end. it's a pleasure to work with this team. this is our third (or fourth?) time working with Cindy and her team, and I really appreciate the friendliness and tolerance they show as I watch them work. Their skill is impressive and they work really well together. Highly recommended! I know I'll be calling them again.

We had a fantastic experience with Monster Tree Company of North Pittsburgh. Jackson, our sales rep, explained everything clearly and thoroughly, which made us feel confident about the work being done. James and Josh, who handled the tree pruning, were outstanding: professional, prompt, and very communicative throughout the process. They took great care to protect our property, worked efficiently, and left the area clean when they were finished. It’s clear they prioritize safety, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction. We would absolutely recommend Monster Tree Company to anyone in need of tree pruning or tree care services and would not hesitate to use them again.

I had James and his crew out to remove three very large trees, and they did a great job, especially considering they were on a property line by a new fence and other trees that I did not want damaged. What separates them from other companies in my experience is that I don't have to spend half the year fixing my yard after they were here, which is a huge plus. This is the 5th time I have had Monster Tree Service of North Pittsburgh do work for me and I have been satisfied with their work every time. As someone who deals with a lot of contractors in multiple industries, that is very rare!

James, Logan and Josh were great. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I also learned how valuable a hornet’s could be. The guys were very careful, courteous and cleaned up every branch, leaf and debris. Great service.

Absolutely incredible experience with Monster Tree Service of North Pittsburgh. From our initial call to set up an estimate- Cindy was super friendly. Jackson came to do our estimate and was prompt and professional. He took the time to answer every single question and put together an estimate before he even left our property. When the day came to start, the team again was prompt and professional. John (I think was his name) - kept us informed and again answered all our questions. The entire crew was professional and friendly as well. Our neighbors actually commented on how organized and efficient the team was throughout the project. They cleaned up well too! Thanks to all those from Monster involved in our project, you guys were great!

My community, which is an HOA, for which we seek advice. Monster Tree's arborist, Joe, revisited our community. He had previously helped us with another issue. He provided several options and gave me a great deal of insight. He was patient and extremely well informed. Our Board will decide but I know I can give them an educated estimate and exclamation.

We couldn't be happier with the North Pittsburgh crew. The whole process was great. They were extremely knowledgeable when we met and walked the property, thoroughly providing us with our options and possible scope of work. When time came for the work to be done, Josh, James, Nathan, and Joe were as professional as they come. Did not inconvenience us at all as they worked and made sure we were aware of what they were doing before they did it. 8 total trees of varying sizes were removed. Would highly suggest this group if you're looking for quality work. Will 100% use again if we need their services.
