Amazing company, always available when needed and do a wonderful job with snow removal to keep local business up and running through the harsh winter weather. I have had the pleasure to deal with Steve on a number of occasions, and was always satisfied with our interactions. I would recommend to anyone.

We recently had the front and side of our house completely redesigned by Shawn B. and we are very impressed with the workmanship and professionalism your employees had while at our home.

The G2G team was fantastic to have at our home the entire time the project was being completed. From the start with Curt, Mike and Shawn- setting up the project then to the hardscapes crew. Nate, Vieve and Jake are fantastic- great communication- great vision and execution on a project.
After hardscapes were finished- Dave, Mike and the rest of the landscaping crew planted trees, created mulch beds and laid sod to perfection! Make sure to talk to Kent about installing sod to complete your project- it's a game changer!

We use G2G every year for lawn/landscaping services, and this year we also used them to install our pool, putting green, and backyard oasis. We absolutely love the final product they designed and installed, and we thank G2G for the quality of their work! We will certainly use them again.

First, I'd like to give a shout out to the team that completed our Spring 2021 cleanup and rock installation including Ric and Matt. They were great to work with and everything looks great! We have been using Good 2 Great Landscape for almost 10 years now. Kent and his team (most of whom have been with the company for many years) transformed both front and back yards. We started with a master plan that Kent designed and completed various projects over the years - all of which turned out fantastic. The projects included, boulder walls to increase our yard to add a pool, patio pavers, a custom cedar pergola, a custom grill island with refrigerator, firepit with sitting wall and pillars, trees & shrubs throughout, irrigation system, sod, landscape lighting, patio lighting. They even dug the pool for the pool company! Once each project was complete, the area was enhanced by trees, shrubs, flowers etc. Shawn who primarily runs the landscape installation is very meticulous. We also use their lawn cutting service that always has the yard looking great for every weekend.

We used G2G for a covered patio, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, outdoor fireplace and they did a fantastic job. Punctual, easy to work with, reasonable and a joy to have in our backyard for 2 months. Would definitely recommend and some of our neighbors have moved forward with utilizing them as well.

Everything that I asked them to do they did ASAP and with politeness. I have them contracted for all new landscaping and they worked well with my sprinkler service. They planted flowers, evergreens, and even when I wanted to change my mind they replanted without being upset that I changed my mind for the 3rd time. They were very patient and respectful. The outside of my home looks spectacular. We also had them put in our driveway and that’s magnificent. Thanks so much, I highly recommend!

G2G has been our full service landscape service provider for 6 years. They do everything for us. We have approximately 3 acres fully landscaped. The quality of their work and responsiveness of the entire organization is simply the best. From weekly lawn maintenance ( Dave and Matt ) to handling all of our trimming / mulching / flowers / preparing beds as well as tree and plant installation etc.
Shawn leads the on site crews. He is simply the best. He and his co-workers treat our home as if it were their own. ( and that means a lot). The flowers Shawn plants are incredible. The home looks like Augusta National when he and his team are done. Rob does a fantastic job handling all of the lighting and irrigation work. He is there before the season starts to get things up and running, and ensures things are operating perfectly throughout the season. Kent, Steve and everyone in the office know the details and go out of their way to make sure we are satisfied. Very impressive people make for a very impressive organization. G2G always comes through for us, and they are fairly priced! I would highly recommend G2G to anyone. Hands down.

His crew are extremely hardworking, very polite and fantastic artisans. They transformed my once unattractive space under my deck into a one-of-a-kind patio. G2G did the work for our pool recently and we are very happy with the final project. Curt, in particular, who installed our fence and lawn did a phenomenal job. We truly can’t speak highly enough of his wonderful work, kindness, and responsiveness. He kept us posted at every turn. He absolutely went above and beyond. We were also thrilled with the job the gentleman (Tim?) who built our boulder wall did. It is gorgeous and he is so very skilled at placing the boulders to build a beautiful feature.

Kent is super helpful in evaluating different options, accessible and responsive all along the way. I found their pricing to be very competitive. Our most recent project had a “rush” element to it and despite being in the middle of summer, Kent was able to get his crews to our home within days and not months to help us out.

G2G appears to be doing something much different than many service companies out there today—they’ve built a culture that prioritizes both the customer and the employee. Due to the different scopes of work in our projects, we had different crews working each of their specialized areas (boulder walls, hardscape, softscape).The same 3 foreman who worked on our projects in 2016 were the same as in 2024; and these folks are all the ultimate professionals—experts, hard working, super engaging—solicited feedback from us multiple times of day, etc. I believe Kent really values his team and the team demonstrates they value the client (and their colleagues). Interacting with the various team members was a really great and unique experience.

We’re super pleased with how the projects turned out and encourage you to consider hiring Good 2 Great for your next hardscape or softscape project. Lastly, they do the best boulder walls in the area!

My wife and I decided to put a pool and landscape package with Good 2 Great. It turned out really good. Kent and his team took my backyard and turned it into a backyard oasis. I'm not lying when I say they are the BEST in the Pittsburgh area.

*Please NOTE, if Kent doesn't get back to you right away, don't panic. His pricing is great, his product is unreal, he is BUSY! I promise you he will get back to you!

My wife and I built a Barrington home in the Mars area. During the winter we talked to a couple different landscapers and what Kent (the owner) proposed to us sounded too good to be true. He was the same price as his competitor but provided way more plants and 2 x's the boulders.

Fast forward to installation, the Boulders were huge and the colors just POP. Tim the Boulder guy did amazing work and placed them like a perfect puzzle .

A few weeks later Rick, the lead foreman on our project, absolutely crushed it with the final touches of trees, plants, mulch, Sod, and seed. Rick always communicated with my wife and I on various ideas and concepts during the planting process. HIs 2 college guys working under him (pitt and penn state, sorry guys, bad with names) busted their butts to get the project completed and were always friendly and every time I saw them they were never standing around. (penn dot should take notice).

Everyone that has seen my landscaping in the past week are blown away and I am getting compliments from everyone that stops over.

If your looking for a landscaper for your house, trust me, Kent and Good2Great is the way to go!
