My experience with Nate is the best of all so far, he is very knowledgeable and his technical ability and work details makes things lot better. I would definitely continue with him for all my electrical and plumbing needs and would highly recommend for any similar work. And he is very gentle and very genuine in fees for the work he does.

I was having an electrical problem with my water heater (i.e. cold showers!). I filled out the form on Delaney's website on a Sunday evening. I was contacted almost instantly by Nate. He was at my house the NEXT MORNING! He quickly diagnosed the issue, wired it temporarily so that I would have hot water and we scheduled an appointment for him to come and fix it the following week. All of the scheduling and billing etc. were done online and I'm an IT guy so I really appreciated that. The job to run a new power line from the junction box to the water heater was completed in a little over an hour! I was invoiced by email and the price was very reasonable. I had another electrical contractor give me an estimate that was over THREE TIMES HIGHER a few months ago. That contractor also tried to sell me an entire new junction box and it was going to be a small fortune! I am very pleased with Delaney's service and honesty and highly recommend them for all of your electrical and plumbing services! Thanks Nate!

Nate did an amazing job. It looks perfect. He also fixed a bunch of other issues at the house light switches,hose spigot etc. He is very professional. Just look at the results.

Highly recommend these guys. Called late in day and Nate came out and fixed issues.

Good work at a very fair price. Had a toilet replaced in our basement. After talking with Nate and telling him what I wanted, he brought the new toilet. And he ended up removing the old toilet. It was above and beyond the call of duty. He did not charge extra for those services. A very reliable at a fair price!

Nate was fantastic. We had an emergency water leak from our water tank and he was able to come out and fix it quickly. He was very communicative, letting me know what he was doing to fix the pipes, and also gave some good advice on other questions I had. I will continue using his services moving forward and couldn’t recommend him more!!

Highly recommend. Have used services for electrical and plumbing. Great workmanship. Nate was the only local electrician that added my initial electrical issue service to the end of his day/same day service / on a Friday at 6:30 pm when all other local electrician services I contacted could not accommodate when my initial call was at 11:30 am…but the others told me not to let the issue go through the weekend. We’ve used him since and will continue to. Very satisfied.

Nate did an amazing job helping us out in an emergency situation. We had a waterline Break so we had to shut off the water. He showed up immediately to help us out as we have two small children and cannot be without water for obvious reasons have used Nate many times and he’s always done a great job and very reasonably priced.

Had a water tank expansion tank and over pressure valve replaced on my hot water tank. The team was very professional, very helpful, and I’m happy with the work they performed. Would certainly use them again.

Very prompt and efficient. Nate came the same day that I called (which was a Saturday) and repaired our 9 year-old hot water tank without just automatically replacing it. We'll definitely be calling on him again!
