GI Plumbing tech Joe Fleming installed an access panel to our shower & replaced pipe. I was very pleased how Joe explained exactly what had to be done. When the job was done he showed us how everything now worked correctly.
This is a wonderful plumbing company & the work is always excellent.

Dom from G.I. Plumbing came out today to work on a plumbing issue I've been dealing with for a while that others have not correctly diagnosed. Dom was able to fix an intermittent water pressure issue I was experiencing. He diagnosed it quickly, explained everything in an easy to understand manner and was very professional. If you need a quality plumbing service, I would recommend these guys. Thanks again, Dom!

We have had G.I. Plumbing come to our house for two separate issues. Each time the plumber who came out was punctual, kind, knowledgeable, and took their time explaining what needed to be done.
Joe specifically has been to our house for both jobs and is a wonderful, trustworthy person to work with. When we first bought our house, I had a mile long list of projects I wanted to do and he helped me put together different packages of my “have to do” vs “want to do” lists so we could look at our budget and decide what we wanted to do before calling them back to schedule with no pressure to do everything.
Their customer service is excellent, and we even received a hand written “thank you” card for trusting them with our tankless water heater installation.
I would recommend G.I. Plumbing to anyone and we will continue to call them any time we need a plumber in the future!

Our house main drain backed up and GI was able to come out within hours of calling. Dom took the time to find the clog, explain the situation and clear it. I’m so thankful they were able to come out the same day.

Highly recommended! I called G.I. plumbing to fix 2 leaky toilets. I had a previous plumber here twice that couldn’t diagnose and/or fix the problem.
Joe came in, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and came back with the parts to fix the leak. Joe was very professional, made absolutely no mess and I became a satisfied customer.

We had a gas line installed by G.I. plumbing for a gas fireplace insert. Joe did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with the outcome. Victoria stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process. She was very helpful. We will definitely be using them again.

GI Plumbing was fantastic from the time my technician, Joe, entered my home to give me a quote to the moment he left after finishing the job. Joe's plumbing skills and out-of-the-box thinking helped me install a laundry room in my second-floor bedroom as an accommodation for a disability. The price was fair and reasonable. Administrative staff (Jason and Jacob!) provided support that went above and beyond. The company communicated with me every step of the way, sending texts and emails about pending appointments and ETAs for the technician (including the ability to track the vehicle). They were flexible, accommodating, helpful, and courteous. One of the best service experiences I've ever had! Thank you, GI Plumbing for helping me with a project that will allow me to live a fuller, more independent life!

Water heater stopped working. Called on Monday morning. Joe and Austin came that afternoon. New water heater was installed the following morning. Joe and Austin were professional in their demeanor as well as their work. I would use G.I. Plumbing again and have no reservation about recommending them based on our experience with them.

My water leaking into my washer turned out to be related to needing washer repair and not a plumbing issue. Dominick went above and beyond by looking up the part I needed to order for the washer repair. I really appreciate his kindness.
In the future I will use GI Plumbing for any plumbing issues. Shout out to Victoria for her prompt calls to schedule my appointment and her follow up appointment call to see if I was satisfied. Wow!!!!!

GI plumbing are fantastic to work with very quick response, I highly recommend them. Joe showed up on the job got right to work. Did a great job. Customer service responds quickly as well.

I had a great experience with GI Plumbing. We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom coming through the ceiling below. The bathroom floor is concrete and tile and two other plumbers told us they don't do that work. I called GI Plumbing and they had Joe Fleming out the next day to evaluate our problem and give us a quote. I can't say enough good about Joe. He was professional, friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. The work took 3 days and at the end of each day Joe and his team cleaned up the house and did their best to make things usable for us. Joe worked with me to figure out a good way to take up our tiles so we could put it back down at the end. The work came in exactly as quoted at the end. I would definitely recommend GI Plumbing and I would use them again.

After our toilet rained through our kitchen light fixture, we thought we were in for an expensive, complicated series of fixes. GI Plumbing was fantastic to work with. We are a return customer. Victoria is lovely to work with in scheduling and we had a great experience with Joe F. He was on our roof and all over to deal with this deep clog in our older home. 10/10 recommend this professional, local team.

This company is absolutely amazing. We were in need of a plumber to install some new kitchen fixtures and rework some drains after a recent kitchen update. From the first interaction with Victoria thru the actual service with Dom the whole experience was seamless and exceeded my expectations. It is refreshing to work with a service provider that goes out of the way to take care of customers. No need to call any other plumber. They are now in my speed dial!!

Round 2! Drain clogged, water backing up into basement. Joe camera’d and obvious terracotta pipe failure and some very sketchy previous “repairs” by whomever worked on it before we bought this house; such as: rubber joints, strange/irregular angles of piping. Painful to know you gave crap plumbing (pun intended) and repairs are going to hurt the wallet BUT, knowing the repair will be done right and in a timely manner is as satisfying as it can be. Again, we were blessed with Joe and Austin and they worked their magic for us. I hope to never see another plumber, but IF we do, they will definitely be G I Plumbing. Exceptionally professional and easy to worry with. Side kudos to Victoria in the office, very easy to speak to/with and amazing follow-up to ensure all is well. THANK YOU!🙏

I can not express how extremely Happy we chose GI Plumbing! My Mother had just lost her husband and I was aware of several plumbing issues inside the home that were completed by friends that were not up to code. I flew in from Florida to arrange a True Professional company to come in and fix many issues within the home. There was only ONE choice after checking references and other customer reviews for the Bethel Park area. They came out the same day I called and provided a time frame and arrived when they said they would. They also promised a date for all of the work to be completed on, which by the way was within a few days. Our Technician BRAD and his assistant arrived PROMPTLY, on the said date and completed all repairs in a timely manor. They were Extremely professional and courteous going ABOVE & BEYOND!!! My Mother was extremely happy now that she didn't have to worry about Anything plumbing related!! She will call GI Plumbing in the future for ANY/ALL needs. I feel so lucky to have found these wonderful people so close to her home and can now go back home to Florida knowing she will not have any problems.

We chose GI Plumbing because of their good reviews. From start to finish, the experience was great. Their technician Jesse, did not disappoint. He was awesome when he came to do our estimate. He answered all of our questions when we asked. Even afterwards, we had a few more questions and Victoria and Jason (the operations manager) were both available to explain even more in detail. Victoria is always a pleasure to speak with and accommodated us when we needed to reschedule. Job well done and we will be using them going forward for any other plumbing needs.

I had to have some fairly extensive work completed in my home just this week. The work included replacing the main line coming in from outside, extensive basement work to remove old cast iron pipes and replacing with PVC and repairing the phlange on my bathroom toilet. Dom, Austin and Jesse arrived promptly, were very friendly and informative and did a wonderful on all of the repairs. They were very neat while performing the work and left the work areas newt and clean when the work was completed.

I would recommend GI Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services. I have used them on several occasions but this work was by far the most extensive and they left me completely satisfied.

We needed to get a dye test performed to sell our current house. Called and Victoria was more than helpful with scheduling the service, coordinating with South Park township and subsequent repairs needed.
Joe was very polite and thorough. Was supposed to be a simple dye test turned into a substantial project (Thanks South Park). Joe was there the following day to complete the repairs.
Would recommend GI and specifically Joe to anyone looking for plumbing work.

Great experience. I was surprised to get someone the same day because I called in the afternoon. Dave was clear in what was happening and what I needed done. He got the work done quickly and it was great. Victoria was very personable on the phone and helped make the appointment set up easy, and followed up after in case I had any questions. I will be using this company again if anything in the future arises.

Setting an appointment was easy, call were returned promptly and I was able to get an appointment right away. The Plumber, Dave, arrived on time, listened to my concerns and requests, helped me pick the right water heater for our home. We went with the AO Smith 50 Gallon Hybrid Heat Pump. I asked for a full ball valve on the drain for better annual cleanout and I added a Watts Hot Water Recirculation System with union so it could be easily replaced in the future. The unit is very well made and is WIFI and Bluetooth enabled and was super easy to connect to the internet via the AO Smith iCOMM app.

The installation went smoothly and very professional. The completed project is super clean and I am very pleased with the results. I could not be happier with the entire process and would recommend G.I. Plumbing to anyone in the area. Thanks G.I. Plumbing!
