The sales pitch wasn't long and drawn out. Price was fair. After much research we discovered this is the only system that would ACTUALLY work with our raised seam metal roof, despite what other companies said about their products. Work was done the next day including an amazing gutter cleanout. The incredible rain storms we had the day after install certainly put the new gutter filters to the test. The volume of water that is now coming out of our gutters is amazing! I don't really want to know where it was going before!?!? Wish we had done this sooner. Can't attest to the longevity of the product as we have only had it about 2 months, but so far, so good. We are very happy customers with not one ounce of buyers remorse.

One of the worst sales pitch experiences ever! I’m actively looking into a gutter replacement for a 2,100 SQFT standard home. Jeff, one of their sales guys came, took the measurements, went to his car to prepare himself and then we sat together having the typical American sales approach with telling why Leaffilter is the best and the others are incompetent and bla bla bla. At the end, he made the proposal of $13,000 for the project including leaf filters and downspouts. I internally laughed at him and repeated that there is no need to discuss any further as I have a quote for $4,500 (and in reality $3,200 even) for the same project. I kindly showed him the way out. 8 minutes later he rang again the bell and explained that he was talking to his manager and suddenly offers the project for $4,300, so 1/3 of the original price!!! I declined. He asked why? I answered because his pricing isn’t trustworthy at all and his comment was just «do you believe in capitalism?» I told him, yes, but not to this extent by trying to rip off customers. Find another victim!
I had LeafFilter gutter protection for 3 years now. I will be honest, my husband and I were septal about the pricing, but it was worth every penny. The gentlemen that installed them worked on realigning my gutters, adding extension gutters (tell beforehand) and completing the installation of the protectors for 7 hours. He truly cared about his work and treated our home like it was his own. We no longer have a waterfall coming out of the back and front top gutters. Our basement no longer got massive amount of water in it. This was not just a throw gutter protectors on and leave. It was way more than that! Thank you LeafFilter for your TLC!
Overall, I had a very good experience having new gutters installed with LeafFilter protection. The salesperson was very informative and NOT pushy (which would have killed the deal for me). The initial price was completely outrageous, but I didn't pay anywhere near that. Everyone was very responsive and my entire job, including all new flashing and gutters, was done in a day. They're all installed now, look great and are working great!
