John and his apprentice Ryan came to our house and worked on a number of issues. They were courteous and professional. They were able to trouble shoot electrical problems with our outlets and circuit breaker box. John took the time to explain everything. His thorough knowledge in this field leaves me and my family feeling safe and secure. Great job done by John's Electrical Service!

John has been very responsive and polite. I found him on Google and he was also recommended by the county's electric inspector. He was very knowledgeable and clear explaining what was needed, and he was available to get what we needed done in a timely manner and at an affordable rate. Very responsive, helpful and professional. My home needed electrical work done in several areas and he explained what he was doing and why and ensured the job was done right, since some work done previously was done incorrectly. Would highly recommend!

We recently had our bathroom exhaust fan break and couldn’t find anyone we usually used to replace it so we saw John’s truck and called. He went over and above to come quickly and efficiently, only took about 1 hour and he gave us recommendations for a contractor to patch the ceiling since the new one is smaller. Explained everything so we could understand it easily. We will use him again!

I contracted with John's business to provide electrical services on a home in Delaware County that was having an addition added. I rarely write reviews, however I felt the need to alert all that John Cook, owner of John's Electrical Services showed up at my mothers house on NFL Wildcard Weekend after promptly returning an emergency call for a required replacement/upgrade to an electrical panel, due to one bus bar out of service. He is prompt, honest, and a man of his word. No games, no sales reps, no solar panel up-sells, nothing except getting my mom back on track with a fair and fully explained price of services. For anywhere in Delco, this guy is for you, especially Springfield and surrounding areas!
