Serve pro did an excellent job after we had a pipe burst in our ceiling causing alot of water and damage I called them at 530 am and they had someone here in 30 minutes ready to help. Kim was such a professional assuring us everything was going to be cleaned up as she had a crew of 5 or 6 more people on the way Thank You serve pro !!!

Anthony and his team did a fantastic job. They worked diligently throughout the day to remove all the water and clean all of items that were impacted the day of the pipe break. Very professional and hard working.

ServePro of Media was an outstanding group to work with. After reviewing the water damage in several basement rooms, Anthony provided an estimate and scheduled the work in a matter of a few days. Gabi and his crew disposed of the ruined drywall and insulation in one day and placed equipment to dry the area. Both Sam and Rodvin returned daily to monitor the drying process and removed the equipment leaving the rooms ready for repair. We would gladly recommend ServePro to anyone who requires a professional and efficient restoration service.

We had a leak in our basement for years without realizing it but ServPro was really helpful to work with throughout the whole process. Chris came to do the initial assessment and I appreciated that he used a moisture meter that didn’t need to pierce the wall. Chris was very willing to answer all my questions, offered reassurance, and was the reason I felt comfortable going with ServPro over another company. It was easy to schedule the actual job and we were charged 50% of the initial invoice the first day, and the remaining balance later. Mike SZ, Jonathan, and Union came the first day and treated the job like they were doing it for their own family. They even gave me good news that it was an easier/cheaper job than originally expected, which was such a relief. Jose came to check on the equipment and moisture reading daily for the next 3 days (the office would call each morning to give me a window that he’d come). I am really glad I chose ServPro to help me with our mold remediation.

Servpro of Media is working on a fire remediation at our family home and their work is amazing! They came out quickly to inspect and started work within a day or two. They got the job finished earlier than expected and the house looks great.

Jake always got back to me with any questions that I had and was wonderful in helping to get things done so my family and I could get back to living in my home. We called ServPro when our geothermal unit sprang a leak and water sprayed all over our utility room and ran into our crawl space. We called late on a Saturday night and a crew came out by Sunday afternoon. They installed fans and a dehumidifier to dry out both the room and crawl space to avoid mold growth. Sam and Robin came back twice to monitor and a third time to remove the equipment. They were polite, professional and on time each day. Appreciated their respect for our time and our home.

SERVPRO did an exceptional job on one of our houses that needed to be updated. Rob, Jake B & Jake F did a scope to provide us with an estimate, the estimate was delivered to us within 24 hours. They were all very responsive to follow up questions, and walked us through the whole process of picking out flooring to paint colors along with Melissa. Bill, Carlos and PJ were friendly faces and always hard working while at the job site. We had a strict timeline that we needed to have the project finished by, and the whole team met every expectation.

I've worked with Melissa on a few projects and she's been extremely attentive, informative, and very easy to work with. Any crew member I've met from this company has been really nice and easy to work with. All the work I've seen handled by them has been very good as well. I would feel very comfortable referring them to any of my friends and family as well as hiring them myself.

We had a lot of water in our basement after the big snow melt and rainstorm. ServPro had done good work for us on smaller issues in the past, and we called them immediately. Even though it was Christmas Day, they had a team on site within a few hours and that team worked very hard well into the night to get the water pumped out and start the drying process. The next day they came back to do the baseboard work. The team had a positive attitude and did good work, and we were pleased with their responsiveness.

We had a disaster on Saturday afternoon when the sewer backed up flooding the first floor and the basement. Fortunately, my brother-in-law knew to call Mike from ServePro to clean up the mess. Mike sent out a great team within a couple of hours the cleaned up and placed drying and disinfecting equipment. He sent out another great team on Monday to take up the damaged floors and remove the contaminated items. By Tuesday, Sam and Rodvin were able to confirm that everything was dry and were able to remove the drying and disinfecting equipment. If you need a great way to fix your disaster, then call this team.
