Supervisor Chris R, with crew Mike S and Samir were very friendly, informative, professional, respectful, prompt and clean. The were tolerant of all of my questions and concerns. And always made me feel that I could depend on them if any problems arose. They are in the process of fixing water damage from my roof. Would definitely use again!

Sam, Dennis, Nick and Kim were quick and professional. They put up all the fans and moved any items that they needed to in order to start the repair for my water damage. They also answered all my questions. Highly recommend ServPro!

Dominick and his team were very respectful of my belongings, they had great customer service, they were always on time and communicated well when they would be arriving, they were extremely thorough with their cleaning and sanitizing of the basement that was affected by waste water. I will be recommending them to my friends & family if anyone is need of restoration or for any of their other services.

In the fall of 2022, I contacted ServPro of Media to repair my water damaged basement. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable, in addition to being friendly and polite to me. The workers who did the drywall repairs, painting, and carpet installation showed up at the promised times, did their work, and cleaned up after themselves. Jake, a Construction Estimator, was a great help to me, especially when I was having problems with the Claims Department of my insurance company. If I had questions about the paperwork, the staff always listened to me and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I was totally satisfied with their performance.

Both Sam's, Rodvin, and the entire team were fantastic. Professional, courteous, efficient, and helpful. They all made a tough situation manageable, would happily refer and use them for any future needs. Thanks again!

We came home last night to water everywhere in our crawlspace and family room caused by a failed water heater. Since we use our crawlspace for storage, getting everything out of there was going to be a monumental task for us. Anthony, Joel and Dennis were here at 830am this morning and have done an exceptional job! They took pictures and cataloged everything. They were quick, efficient, professional and friendly. They put us at ease right away. If you ever have a similar emergency, call them. I highly recommend them as they will literally take care of everything for you.

Our house was severely impacted due to a storm. 80% of our home was damaged. Anthony and his crew from Servpro came first thing in the morning and took charge with the damages. They were polite,neat,hard working and sufficient. After they were done with the demo work. Kenny and his crew put our house back together again. They took their time with detail and care. Communicated on a regular to make sure that everything top notch to our liking. Overall they all did an amazing job,. This was a VERY tough thing to go through but these guys made it easier. We will never be able to thank them enough. So much appreciated!
