The job was to pressure wash front porch and wall, 2 patios, a cement pad, shed and the wood deck at shed. I'm thrilled - everything looks new again! I highly recommend BD Pressure washing. Bryan was wonderful to work with and does an excellent job!

Our retaining walls and patios look brand new after Bryan's power washing services! Bryan was both efficient and meticulous in making sure that everything was shockingly clean. I just used Bryan to clean my driveway, walkway, deck and concrete pool surround and was very pleased. Communication was excellent and because I was out of town he sent my photo's of the work. He works well with email and text and offers online payment options. I shopped around a little for price and Bryan was right there and was local to me so it worked out great. Highly recommend and will use again.

In my experience of 15+ moves, I have never seen a company so professional, diligent, and technically equipped. Quality and customer service is of utmost importance and each item was carefully packaged, and when needed; restored. There was always someone to take the call, albeit it was generally never needed.

Could not have been happier with the service provided. After a nearly total house flood SCS was able to clean, restore and return nearly all of our belongings.

Great place

they seemed very helpful and efficient when boxing the stuff up from the fire. However, when we started emptying the boxes after they were returned, we have modems, routers, computers, phones, tv's, and playstations and then we have a bag of electrical cords, telephone cords and hdmi cables. Still haven't figured out which cords go to what item. We can't figure out how to get our strong internet connection back through the router we had. Nothing was marked when it was unplugged. Comcast came but only replaced the modem and wasn't able to offer assistance on the router connection. If you use this service you may want to deal with your electronic items yourself and tag which plugs go with which item and tag all plugs before they are unplugged!!! I just realized why the phone isn't working.....the rechargeable battery is missing from the phone....it's probably still in a different box that's not unpacked yet.

I cannot sing the praises of this company enough!! About 2 months ago our 3-story facility was completely flooded. Lucky for me and the other 200 employees here, that SCS was contracted as the remediation company. These guys have been absolutely awesome to work with. The staff has been so incredibly helpful and they are all just such nice people. This was a very emotional time for everyone involved here and SCS made it a little better because they were able to salvage so many things that we all thought were lost to the flood or damaged beyond repair. Not only are we receiving our items back, but most items have been returned to us in better shape than they were before the flood! The care they took packing up our things and the quality of their cleaning services is unbelievable. I wish I could give them 100 stars!!

From Nancy, the main contact person, to the entire experience; it's like a dream. Tender loving care was given to all my possessions, large and small; very clean, secure, and safe. The crew is beyond compare: professional, motivated, non-stop hard working,polite, people pleasing. They work perfectly in sync with each other. They go over and above for you; treat your "stuff" personally like it's their own, truly listen to all your requests; are respectful. They simply "are the best". You will not find any negatives with SCS. I would give them 20 stars!

CN Specialty arrived at my home in cranberry after my upstairs toilet leaked when I was away. I was given their name by a friend that had a fire and from the moment they arrived, I could immediately see that my soaked possessions (and things in the way of the job) would be taken care of. My bathroom was over my kitchen which got soaked, and specialty cleaners packed and loaded my possessions with care. I had photos and lists the same day, and when I visited their warehouse to check on things I could see this was a first rate operation. There were no problems when I received my contents back and they even hung photos and art back on the walls. I hope you never need them, but for contents they took care of my family great!!

After acknowledging how we have been falling behind on our own housekeeping, we hired New Again Professional Cleaning to do a deep clean and maintain our home on a biweekly schedule moving forward. We left them a key and I came home from work as Maddie and Esha were finishing up. They were very friendly and worked hard to make our home cleaner than it has ever been! Their attention to detail is incredible. This was such a good decision and if you find yourself too busy to keep up with your housekeeping, I highly recommend this company.

Brandi and Myiesha did an excellent and thorough cleaning of my home. I have two dogs, so my home gets an extra level of dirt, and I do my best to keep up. This is my first time ever having someone else come in to clean my home, and it was a great experience. These ladies know what they’re doing, and are polite/friendly to boot! I am thrilled with their service!
