The staff at New Again Professional Cleaning are amazing! I have them come once a week to my home and they also come once a week to my downtown Pittsburgh office. When they leave my place is sparkling clean and I have a renewed sense of peace, calm and order. There is no better feeling to me! Thank you New Again for making my home and office "New Again" each and ever week!

Maddie came in to do my first maintenance clean on my new house and its looking even better than it did after my move in clean. The attention to detail is great, she went above and beyond and helped me learn some tricks about keeping my new home looking its best. Everything looks and smells wonderful and I can focus on unpacking and all the fun parts.

We had our first cleaning with New Again and it was fantastic. Carly was prompt, professional, and she did an amazing job particularly in our bathroom and kitchen. We are excited to start our monthly cleaning services with New Again, and we highly recommend!

We have been using New Again Cleaning for a few months and highly recommend them. Esha has been wonderful with scheduling, responding to any questions/comments, making sure we are happy with the service we receive and just checking in. Maddie and Brandi have been cleaning for us and they are awesome. Both are very professional and friendly. I love their attention to detail and their little special touches to towels, blankets, paper products, ect. Our house smells and even feels clean after they have been here. So glad we found them!

We recently received the "Top to bottom deep clean" and they did such an AMAZING job! Our house is sparkling. It looks the best it ever has. We have a toddler and a newborn so the house was definitely in need of some help. They really went above and beyond. They cleaned every inch of the house and also went so far as to fold the blankets and towels nicely, put dirty laundry in the bins, etc. These little extras were not expected but very much appreciated! They were so friendly, professional, on time, the whole process was just great. This was our first time having cleaners come and we will 100% be hiring them again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

New Again has been amazing at keeping my home clean for over a year. I appreciate the punctual arrivals and have never had a cleaning service that stayed this consistent with their quality and pleasantness. Maddie is my girl! But I’ve also had the pleasure of having Brandi and of course the great owner Esha, who knows how to keep everything from pillows to carpets smelling good. Extra bonus that the cleaning products are homemade and they don’t use aerosols or chemicals - very important for my family and dog. Thank you New Again!!!

Service for the first time and started with the house refresh. Only communication was prompt and responsive. Easy to schedule and pay. Team was friendly, no problem that we have a dog, and the house smelled great. Only improvement is knowing better the time it will take based on the house size, but I think those types of kinks you can only work out once the team comes and sees the house and what needs done. Definitely recommend!

I scheduled a “Deep Clean” for our Victorian house. My husband considers me to be “fussy” about having quality results. I was more than amazed at how thorough and professional the three staff technicians performed their jobs.
They cleaned dirty corners and every nook and cranny in this old house. Even better, they were personable, communicative about suggestions and just lovely people.
