Charges an exorbitant amount for services you can get much cheaper elsewhere. Whoever answered the phone was rude and completely unhelpful. No flexible options to meet your needs.

The customer service and staff is great however unfortunately the products they use did not treat my problem. They came out twice and I am still having the same issues.

I live in a neighborhood that has a mouse problem...Called Humphreys, got an appointment in 4 days, the problem was resolved in less than 7 days ... Very happy and impressed with their services

Had Them inspect a property that I purchased about a month ago. It appears they actually didn't inspect and just issued a clean report. I have now found 10 feet of termite damage in the only place they had to inspect. (the band joist above a poured concrete basement. It is a full open basement with no obstructions. The inspector came back out the day after and looked at what i found. After a little back and forth he said "I'm human and everyone makes mistakes.... This is what we have insurance for". So i thought things were going to be ok and would be taken care of. Today i call in because it's been 3 days and i have gotten no information about how to proceed. The office manager calls me back and says "Why are you calling me?" I explain how i used them for an inspection and have now found damage on what they were paid to inspect. He then proceeded to berate me for calling him and talk over me every time i tried to answer a question he asked. We are now going to be in a very fun lawsuit. If you are reading this before you hire them... RUN!!!

I am not a professional and so I go here and ask questions, and look at the washed out bug collection that is still pretty cool after all these years.
Want to know how to get rid of silverfish or yellow jackets? Just drop in and ask. They will have the chemicals for the warfare you are about to start. You will win and be better for it.
Friendly staff and they will be more than happy to sign you up for regular visits. And best of all if they come to deal with your problem, and the buggers come back, they too will be right back there to attack them before they can get a foothold.

I c called to have them come out and take care of a wasp problem. I mentioned that a couple wasps had gotten into the house. I was told that they wouldn't be available to come out until the week of May 10th, 2021. I told him that was fine. Then he proceeded to tell me that they don't investigate where the nests are. I told him that I knew basically where they nests were. Then he told me that I should go with another company since wasps got into the house and that they couldn't come out until after May 10th...even though I told him that would be fine. I guess they didn't want my business.

I worked with Humphreys through my job on 3 separate projects. Communication, service and follow up has been wonderful. Highly recommended

They will identify a bug for you for free. I just bought my mystery bug in a sandwich bag. 5 minutes later, they told me that I had captured a harmless spider beetle. Very nice people. Knowledgeable and fast. No upselling. No fear mongering.

So helpful. I brought in a sample of bees (dead ones that is) that were getting in my bathroom vent and they identified type and gave me a product which worked very well. They are willing to take time and talk with you to make an informed decision with how to treat the situation.

Called to get an inspection. The woman on the phone said someone would be out either today or later this week which was great! They then called back 5 minutes later saying no one would come out to our house because there wasn't 100% evidence of bugs and to use another company ... meaning there wasn't 100% chance of them making money off the situation so they wouldn't help us. I don't think this situation was handled well at all and the woman could tell i was upset over the phone but still blew me off. I never write reviews but I'll tell you I'm very upset with this company and I will not be using them in the future.

Unfortunately after paying for exterminating I still have ants. I spent over $300 and after having ants after the first exterminator came they sent another one out and we still have them. The first exterminator I feel like really took his time spraying around the house and outside. The second guy they sent completed my whole house in less than ten minutes barely did anything at all. I would just give 1 star for my experience but since the first exterminator was nice I decided I’ll give 2 for him.

Humphrey's is amazing and very helpful! I was having some issues with a bed company and they came to my rescue to help prove that I didn't have an issue. They are definitely a prompt go to service. Highly recommended :)

Humphreys did an excellent job helping us to stop a flea infestation. The techs were punctual and courteous. They stood behind their warranty and came out for a second respray which did the job. After a horrible experience with we had with one of the big national exterminators, Humphreys was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

We get serviced quarterly by one if not the BEST technician they have, Mr. Randy. He's an older gentleman but he is very knowledgeable and thorough. He does an AWESOME job I how he doesn't retire any time soon, it's because of him we continue to be serviced by them.

After a terrible experience with Terminex, we contacted Humphreys. The technician who came out was wonderful! He was incredibly knowledgeable. He moved out appliances, helped rectify problem areas, and gave is great advice on how to prevent future issues. He was not there to sell annual pest control packages, but to just help us rid of the mice that took residency in our attic. He left us with peace of mind for a very very reasonable price. Thank you SO MUCH. Everyone should use this service.

We just had humphreys come out and treat our
home for ants. We had many colonies outside around our house coming inside and driving us crazy! The technician who came out was right on time, so incredibly professional and friendly. He explained what he would do, and he thoroughly went through the house inside and out. We have a two year old daughter, 2 dogs and 2 cats and he was a parent & animal lover and explained the safety of what he was using for my family. Very good experience, highly recommend.

Great experience with Humphreys. They were prompt in responding to my request for an assessment, and the technician (Paul) was thorough, knowledgable, and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Our latest service tech with Humphreys is AMAZING!!!

He has been awesome addressing our issues, trying different techniques, and getting things on the right track. I am amazed how thorough and conscientious he is about his job and it is clear to me in the results he has achieved for us. This is a tough job, but this tech is the best we have had over the last 4 years. I would highly recommend him and the pest control service he provides.
