Stay extremely fair away from this company- you will be scammed. I've been in property management for a very long time and I have never felt scammed until today. The sad part is I was looking for a new vendor for a large project and I would NEVER use or recommend this company.

I called rydal fuel and they were very quick to respond and get someone to check my AC that same day. It was 90 degrees that day and I’m sure they were very busy. Lou & Andrew were very nice and informative!

There really is no way to convey my allegiance to Rydal Fuels other than to try to explain. We had a furnace installed by another company several years ago. That furnace was rusting away from the inside out since it was a year old. We didn’t know Rydal Fuels at that time.
Ultimately, after significant effort, the manufacturer agreed to replace the furnace free of charge and offered to pay an HVAC company to remove the existing furnace and install the replacement. We did not want the original HVAC company to do the work for obvious reasons. However, finding a company that would help us was very difficult. None of the companies contacted wanted to get involved. However, with Joe from Rydal Fuels we found empathy and confidence that the matter could be remedied. He assured us that he would do the job and that the result would be as it should have been five years before. He basically is our Hero!!! His employees are every bit as diligent and knowledgeable as Joe.
It is difficult to express the amount of relief Rydal Fuels gave everyone in our family!!! Rydal Fuels is our HVAC company for life! Don’t look any further if you are shopping for an HVAC company – trust me, you will be happy with Rydal Fuels.

I called Rydal Fuel today for a price quote for heating oil. Their quote was $3.29 for 150 gallons. After calling a few more companies in the Jenkintown area, I was able to find much better prices -- 150 gallons for $2.94 cents a gallon. That is a difference of 35 cents a gallon.

It is also interesting to note that if I purchased less than 150 gallons from Rydal Fuel, the price went up significantly -- up to $3.69 a gallon while the other distributors only charged around $3.00 which is a difference of about 67 cents a gallon.

Also, to get my heater primed by Rydal, the cost was $20, while the other companies only charged $10.

Rydal Fuel is an excellent company and the best installer I know. I have used them several times to install hot water heaters. If you get Home Depot to install a hot water heater you can expect 5-10 years of performance. Rydal Fuel installs Bradford White and you can get up to 20 years of performance. This is a great company.

I’ve been using Building Inspectors And Contractors for years for my oil, heater maintenance, to install a new ac, and to install a new heater in a rental property. The techs are so friendly, knowledgeable and professional, the office staff is amazing and the prices can’t be beat!

I had major flooding issues in my basement. They came out and installed a new sump pump with more horse power, and then came out a second time to attach a jet pack back up system to the sump. Last night we had at least seven inches of water in the basement again. Called emergency line and the woman said she’d page the on call person and have them contact me. No one called. Very frustrated:(

The office and employees were easy to communicate with. Work ethics were first rate. Prompt, efficient, and respectful of surrounding areas. I can't say enough about the quality of the work. I highly recommend the company.

This is my second experience with this company and one again great! First we needed a outlet put in behind our wall mount TV and they were the only company that did not try to gouge the heck out of us. This time I needed some AC check up and they were prompt and professional and the cost was also fantastic. Would recommend without doubt.

I called the company to request a quote on a plumbing issue that I had last week. The technician who came by was incredibly unprofessional and rude. He arrived outside of the time frame requested, did not introduce himself, barged into my front door, all while not wearing a mask. He then proceeded to inspect my plumbing issue and when I asked him for a quote or ballpark figure stated “well, it’s going to be very expensive”, assuming he knew what would be expensive for me. He also rolled his eyes at my husband and I a few times for reasons I can’t understand while we were mid conversation. I have never felt so disrespected by a contractor. I reported this worker to the company receptionist , who was apologetic and kind. I will not be using this company due to my negative encounter with the plumber.
