Great company, great prices! My tech Emilio was very informative and answered all of my questions. He was able to get my furnace working again in just a few minutes, explained the issue, and recommended steps I can take to prevent the problem from happening again. I will definitely be using them for any future needs.

If I could I would make this a 10 star. We had a communication error on Our infinity Thermostat. Call in for service and they responded very quickly. Dillon came out on Christmas Eve and got us up and running before our Family Christmas Party. They gave us an outstanding solution for our problem. Dillon is one of the best Service Technicians i have ever worked with, Thank you so much!! Thank you Todd Peterson for all your help! You are the BEST!!!

Fire & Ice was very responsive when I called today about a non-emergency issue. David arrived in a timely manner and provided excellent service. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and was able to fix the dehumidifier on my heating unit quickly. I would highly recommend Fire & Ice.

Alan & David were very professional and pleasant to work with. They both are well mannered. They cared for our home like they would their own. Alan kept my husband and I informed of everything they were doing. At the end of the job they let us know of any issues and explained everything clearly. Fire and Ice should be extremely proud of Alan and David. We will request to have them to return if we have any issues in the future.

Because of the effort they put in for our original problem, we had them back to do our annual furnace maintenance. Our drafty old house has never been warm in the winter…until now! David stopped by to complete our heating system check up to make sure we’re in good shape for the winter. He was super knowledgable and professional and helped us identify some areas we need to keep an eye on as our furnace ages. I was able to ask him questions and learn a little bit as well. David also got our humidifier running with no leak which has been an issue for us. Great experience, thanks David!

My furnace went out in 32 degree weather on a Saturday! I called Fire & Ice and they sent Alan out right away. Not only did he fix the issue, but he explained everything thoroughly, was extremely kind and even chitchatted with my 2 year old. Lol He even went as far as calling me a few days later to check in and make sure everything was still running properly. We truly need more people like him in this world. Give him a raise lol I 100% recommend this company! Great service, Great staff, and affordable prices!

Great company & friendly contractors from start to finished during finance process & installing the fuel efficient furnace. They treat your home like it's theirs & clean-up well! I would definitely use them for future installs.

Prompt service. Knowledgeable and courteous technician. I called at 8:25am requesting a technician come to me home to check out our furnace that wasn’t working. I was quoted 10:00am-5:00pm a technician would show up. Allen, the technician, called at 8:45am and was at my home within 40 minutes. Allen quickly diagnosed the problem. Cleaned the ignition switch and had the seized up part ordered. The part was then Ubered to him half way between the business and my home. Allen returned installed the part and had my furnace repaired within minutes. So, so thankful it was a quick and easy fix. Highly recommend this company.

I had my old furnace fail the week before Christmas, I called and they came out next day to asses and I needed a full replacement.

They got it installed before Christmas, they even provided me loaner plug in heaters.
Overall good service, although still waiting on the new updated thermostat told to be getting In January. Hope that comes soon.

David really taught us a lot about our furnace. It's only two years old. So for us to have a problem was shocking. Really great service! The scheduling team for us scheduled immediately! Highly recommend!

Same day service was extraordinary. Tech Alan was on time, communicated while on way. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Resolved issues and explained the work done and why. Gave suggestions for moving forward. Price better than expected.

Called up Fire and Ice when my mini split stopped producing heat. They were able to come out quickly for the initial visit to begin investigating the issue. Required another visit to get on the phone with the unit’s manufacturer for additional tech support. Alan and Emilio both provided honest and continuous communication throughout their diagnostic process and were easygoing guys to work with. Determined the best path forward is to replace the whole unit. Again, Emilio provided all info and answered any questions I had while reviewing options and estimated costs, all without being pushy to make a sale. Would recommend to anyone needing some assistance with HVAC issues.

David come to my residence on an emergency call. Communication was great. When I explained what issues I was having with my oil furnace, he knew exactly what the problem was.
