About a a year I called heating and air conditioning experts for a ac repair. Mike came out and did the best he could with my 15 year old unit. Fast forward a year I had them back for a total install. Mind you I called 5 different places there price was the best on top of the amazing price there work was high quality. Half the other companies I called either didn’t even show up/call back or there prices were threw the roof. Highly recommended!!!

He did the work that was required and made suggestions for future maintenance but was never pushy or tried to sell me things I didn’t need. The repair was done quickly and thoroughly.

We called his company today after my husband came from work and discovered the house at 85 degrees around 4:30 on Friday. Central Air deceased.

We called several companies who gave us excuses and high quotes just to come out; but the minute we spoke to Mike, he committed and promised that he would come out no matter how late and that he would have our unit up and running today. He gave us a time, kept us posted as to his ETA throughout the night and came by at 8:30pm the same day. Mind you it looked as if a storm was coming. Mike had our unit up in running in less than an hour. He is our guy! Reliable, reasonably priced, professional and courteous! Forget the rest!!

Showed up on time took 2 minute to diagnose the issue blower replacement and quoted $900 + $99 service fee. I did not appreciate the unnecessary, rude, and condescending remarks but I was paying for professional conversation. Was done in less than a hour but left so much dirt a debris that it will take and hour to clean up the mess that was left. I help the person take their tools upstairs and that when the price change to $975 and the person tried to call me a liar for simply saying they quoted at $900 (parts and labor). I will never use this service provider again although their work was adequate and they fixed my HVAC issue. The job was completed timely for us same as the others have stated; however, Integrity and customer service actually matter.

Ran into a problem at home with my central air it went out got ahold of Mike and with a quick response he was on his way he new what the problem instantly and got the parts switched out quick and efficient and now my ac is working better than ever I highly recommend Mike

Mike is truly a tremendous guy, I had called him with a water back up thinking it was from our furnace. When he came out he realized it wasn’t from our furnace and helped me realize it was a plumbing issue. He didn’t just take off, he took the time to show me and explain everything into detail. Not only did he help me figure out the issue he also didn’t charge me $99 for wasting his time. It just speaks volumes and shows he truly cares about his customers. Showed up and diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor, replaced it and we were back running.

I had a previous company misdiagnose the health of my furnace. Less than a week later it was no longer working.

I contacted Mike and he made my service a priority that evening. He had a new unit ordered and installed 4 days later.

Throughout the process, Mike:
- was in communication about the status of my installation and kept me updated.
- had educated me on the options available to me.
- was professional and courteous in how he entered and exited my home, even during temperatures as low as -5°.
- provided a time frame for future maintenance of the new furnace.

Of the two companies I had dealings with in a week's time, the contrast was unrivaled. I will be a customer with Mike exclusively moving forward.

Called Mike to come out around 10am on a Saturday, he arrived at 12:15pm. He was able to immediately diagnose the issue and had the parts on hand to fix a bad fan motor in our AC unit. Mike had the unit up and running an hour later. He was very knowledgable and gave me some maintenance tips while he was here. Our gas furnace wouldn't come on, so I decided to give The Heating and Air Experts a call. Found it very easy to schedule an appointment with them.

Mike ended up arriving a few minutes early but actually took the effort to call me first to ensure that was OK. I've dealt with contractors who made no apologies for showing up way too late without ever contacting me about their delay. What a difference!

The problem we had with our furnace was quickly found and fixed, but while working on it, Mike had noticed that our thermocouple was in urgent need of replacement. He pointed this out to me before proceeding to do this additional work rather than replacing it without my consent and charging me for something I had not asked for.

Altogether, it only took about an hour before everything was done. Total price (parts, labor, trip, tax, everything) came to just over 300.00, which I found to be very reasonable, particularly given how expensive everything has gotten these days.
