Dillion called to let me know that he was on his way as a courtesy. Our A/C wasn’t working. It didn’t take Dillion long before he had it running again. Dillion was very kind and knowledgeable. I’ve been using Donahue’s for years now and they are always quick to respond, knowledgeable, kind and great service!

Dillon your service tech called & asked if it would be ok if he appeared at our home earlier than the appointed time to do the routine service on our furnace & I was very agreeable to that. While performing his many checks & inspections he was able to find & correct several issues one of which was a jumper wire that an unknown actor had installed to bypass a blown 3 amp fuse!! In addition he also found & corrected a rubber hose which had disintegrated & was allowing water to accumulate in the area of various wiring circuits which would have caused a disastrous outcome. Add to this: because it was an unseasonably warm day, the thermostat would not allow the furnace to operate above the house’s 75 degree indoor temperature, he had to rework the thermostat presets to allow the furnace to run long enough to perform his inspection! Dillon is dedicated & resourceful & is an asset to his profession!

Daniel came to maintenance our furnace. He was honest, explained things to us, and took his time. He was wonderful to work with.

Their level of follow up was poor, however of the dozen + contractors l dealt with, few if any, met my expectations

They provided different options, tried , but ultimately gave up on me.

I purchased a Bosch ultra inverter from a well established dealer at a very competitive value for $$ spent.

This is a fairly well run business and satisfactory for most people and l would recommend them.

Donahue's has been to our place a few times in the last 2 years for cleaning, duct cleaning, and some maintenance. They have sent Todd to our place a couple of times and he is wonderful to work with and very knowledgable.

Donahue's Heating and Cooling does a great job with all of my HVAC needs. They are reliable and knowledgeable for routine maintenance/repairs and emergency repairs. Rod recently completed heating system maintenance and provided helpful suggestions to improve the air quality in my home.

I would recommend Donahue's for any service you may need! The phone call, the girls were ever so helpful, even told me about a coupon on their website! John the technician was so knowledgeable & such a ppl person! That's what I told him, John helped me with the right kind of filter needed for my furnace!! They're now in my directory, thank you!

Our furnace was not igniting, we called Donahue's and explained the issue. Rod, the service tech phoned us back within a few minutes saying that he was on the way to our home. He found the issue and replaced the bad gas valve. My wife and I are very pleased with the work and great service!

Scheduling an appointment was easy and staff was friendly. Dillon K was the service tech. Professional and friendly. Called when 20 minutes out. Let me know what he was doing every step of the way. Would and will use this company again.

Called Donahue's on Monday and they had service tech at my home early Tuesday. I had a water leak in my furnace. The technician Rod Duckworth was amazingly polite, courteous and very thorough. Rod had problem identified and explained in great detail issue and fix. I highly recommend Donahue's as I have not a single complaint.

Kudos to Jeremy L for fixing our Burnham Alpine boiler. I contact many companies but none had any experience with this high efficiency boiler. Even the companies listed on US Boiler site as preferred partners did not have the expertise. Jeremy knew exactly how to troubleshoot the issue, he explained everything as he was working on it. He answered all my new owner questions and was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Jeremy.

From scheduling to completion of work, every person we spoke to or worked with was phenomenal. Our specific serviceman was Jon. He was very knowledgeable ( we have oil heat) and kind. He explained and described everything in detail. Pricing was affordable and told to me so I wasn't surprised at the end.

We have used Donahue's since 2013 for our heating and air conditioning needs. I recently had our heating system maintained. The technician was Rod and he was on time, very courteous, and efficient. I would definitely recommend to other homeowners.

Our furnace broke over the weekend and Rod was sent out 2 days in a row. He was able to find a crack causing the leak and explained everything clearly. Rod was honest, transparent, and so personable while he was here. And he also greeted and pet my dog, which is always a plus in my book! Definitely recommend!

our furnace went out friday and then came on and went off again, we called donahue's and todd came out. He was great very thorough he explaind things to us even if we did not understand some information. when he was working on the job he communicated the findings with other technicians and then he also submitted the findings to dave and he would give input. S o if you have donahue's you have a team helping you not just one technician. We cannot say how much we were pleased with T odd and Donahue's will recommend then to anyone with no reservations.

My furnace was overheating! Called Donahues and they came out the same day! Chris diagnosed the problem and created a temporary fix that would get me through the snow and cold until the parts came in.
He just installed it today and it’s running great.

I found it necessary to replace my 30 year old AC and was lucky to find Donahue's H&C for the service. They saved my life by performing the replacement quickly in the middle of the one of the hottest stretches this summer. Kudos to Dillon and John the techs on the job. Very nice people and the price was right!

I wanted in-ceiling mini splits and Dave Donahue came to my home to create an estimate and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. The job was done promptly and finished earlier than the time frame promised His team was excellent. They were neat and tidy and also well mannered. I will definitely reach out to Donahue’s heating and cooling in the future. I highly recommend this company for heating and cooling.
