I was very pleased with my service from the Repair man that was dispatched to my house to fix my toilet. He was very professional and knowledgeable about my issue. I felt very grateful to have someone as kind and helpful assist me with my plumbing problem.

Matthew was wonderful and he worked for hours to get the house back to normal. Toilet and tub were just about overflowing and Matthew kept using the snake and unclogged everything in the house. My house was so clogged up that I couldn't use the toilets or run any water. I so greatly appreciate how hard Matthew worked. He was very nice also.

He quickly identify the issue, resolved it, and gave us tips on what to avoid to ensure the blockage doesn't occur again as well as what to look out for with these older pipes. Had a clog in my tub pipe. Couldn't snake it out myself so called Roto Rooter in Hatboro. This was on a Sunday. Was surprised to learn they do not charge extra on weekends. Called about 4, and the service tech Michael was out around 7. He fixed my problem in about 30 minutes. Can't complain about the response or service. Great all the way around. Am giving 4 stars for one reason only. The price. $600 seems a bit hefty for 30 minutes of work.

Joe was very friendly and professional. Also, he solved the problem. My toilet was clogged for four days unable to flush and he used an auger to fix the situation.

Had a clog in my utility room that was overflowing into one of our bathrooms. Called RR and they had a tech out within the hour. Mike arrived with a good attitude and ready to work. After inspecting the issue he advised me on the solution before starting. During the process Mike explained how the hard water compromised the trap and advised it should be replaced. All in all a good service from a very good tech.

We had sewer backup in kitchen sink and upstairs toilet. It cost over $800 to unclog and fix problem which our insurance didn’t cover. We still had to pay another plumber out of pocket to snake the blockage in the sink three weeks later. THEN RotoRouter tried to charge our insurance company nearly $24,000 for the week they had 30 high-powered fans throughout the three rooms to dry things up and a few days to remove damaged floors, family room ceiling and basement floor and walls. They removed a damaged bookcase and didn’t tell us. After that they recommended a contractor who got overpaid and wouldn’t finish repairing drywall and painting until he received more money.

Mike the plumbing tech went above and beyond my expectations. Although it may have been a bit on the pricey side it was worth every penny. Mike arrived on time, he access the damage, he quoted me the price and allowed me the option to use his services. He was very professional and polite. Although it was freezing temperatures Mike was determined to get the job done. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter to everyone because of Mike’s service…

My Father (89yo) called Roto-Rooter for perceived issues with his garbage disposal. A tech arrived, did a thorough inspection under the kitchen sink, and found no issues. The price he had to pay for peace of mind? No charge! Thank you, it is great to know that there is still some decent and honest contractors in the world! Sadly, my Father didn't get the plumber's name or I would have included it here.
