Mac is exceptional. We called him on a Sunday evening after coming home to partial power. He returned our call within minutes and came over shortly after. Turned out to be a PECO issue, but he went way above and beyond getting our heating and refrigerator going so we could stay in our home. He even spoke to PECO to explain the issue to them and checked back with us the next day to make sure everything was resolved. He couldn’t have been any more responsive, knowledgable, or helpful and he is extremely reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend!

Mike from Mac is wonderful! We had a (tiny) electrical emergency at the worst possible time: the weekend after Thanksgiving. I called around and of the several "24/7 available electricians" I tried, only Mike actually picked up my call. He was at our house within the hour and the problem was fixed very quickly. (Mini) crisis averted! Mike is knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. We also had a random light switch stop working afterwards -- most likely unrelated to the previous issue -- and he even took the time to stop back and fix it for free. With an older house like ours, where the previous owners played fast and loose with lines and codes, we will definitely be keeping Mike on speed dial!
