Mac is exceptional. We called him on a Sunday evening after coming home to partial power. He returned our call within minutes and came over shortly after. Turned out to be a PECO issue, but he went way above and beyond getting our heating and refrigerator going so we could stay in our home. He even spoke to PECO to explain the issue to them and checked back with us the next day to make sure everything was resolved. He couldn’t have been any more responsive, knowledgable, or helpful and he is extremely reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend!

Mike from Mac is wonderful! We had a (tiny) electrical emergency at the worst possible time: the weekend after Thanksgiving. I called around and of the several "24/7 available electricians" I tried, only Mike actually picked up my call. He was at our house within the hour and the problem was fixed very quickly. (Mini) crisis averted!

Mike is knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. We also had a random light switch stop working afterwards -- most likely unrelated to the previous issue -- and he even took the time to stop back and fix it for free.

With an older house like ours, where the previous owners played fast and loose with lines and codes, we will definitely be keeping Mike on speed dial!

I am a property manager of five buildings. I have used Mac Electric Services for some time now. He always makes sure to respond right away. He communicates well with my maintenance techs and my residents. Always fair with pricing and very professional!! He will always be my first go to for my electrical needs!!!

Before calling Mac Electric I had appointments with 2 other electricians and both never showed up or even called to reschedule. What's more frustrating is I took off work for both appointments. Mac confirmed our appointment the day before and called 30 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. Aside from my new light fixtures you would never know he was here because of the great job he did cleaning up. Highly recommend!!

We asked Mac to install two circuits in our bathrooms and create a new EV charging port. During the initial visit, he spent a good hour crawling through our creaky attic, brainstormed through several plans, and meticulously measured and rechecked dozens of dimensions to check feasibility. We could clearly feel his love for his craft. He became the most prepared contractor by far and planned out all the details on day one.

Mac was able to troubleshoot some issues that weren’t done properly at the house of a client of mine. I am glad he was available and willing to help out. A courteous and honest guy. I recommend him for electric work.

Our problem was a power outage in one section of our apt (9th floor of large condo bldg). Mac himself arrived within an hour, and IMMEDIATELY diagnosed the problem. Because the cause of the problem was in someone else's apartment, he had to search around to get access, made sure the huge fuses in the basement were replaced, and fixed both the other apt, AND ours. Mac could not have been more professional or skilled while being friendly and caring. Absolutely call MAC to solve ANY electrical issues, complete the work in a timely manner and at reasonable prices, too!

I called Mac to replace some outlets and switches. He also ran a new line to connect my new tub to the breaker. He came out within an hour and was quick and amazing! Definitely my go-to for any electrical needs!

Mac is quite simply the best electrician I have ever dealt with. He did a number of jobs for us perfectly but the one I’ll focus on is resolving the challenge of the outdoor lights.

A few years back we had some outdoor lights installed in theory auto on dusk to dawn. A year later they stopped working and we hired an electrician to track down why. After an hour of trying to figure out where the wires went he gave up

Mac’s take was that this would be easy. I was a bit dubious, but apparently other folks “cant be done” actually is easy for Mac.

He not only resolved the issue but left us with lights with an on/off remote switch compatible with our existing automation system— the best possible outcome and one we can were told by others was not even an option.

If you’re wondering whether this guy’s all 5 star reviews are legit— well, from my experience they sure are.

In addition to his expertise Mac is super easy to work with, communicative, and personable.

Mac is a trustworthy, friendly, and skilled electrician! He installed and hardwired Google cam and nest hardware for my new home, and replaced some old outlets at my last home. He took the time to answer my questions and made adjustments until I was happy. He helped me select “smart switch” hardware for a project I’m working on, and when we’re ready for installation, we’re calling Mac. We have only had great experiences with Mac and highly recommend him.
