We use M&D for regular cleanings in our home and I'm so impressed by their work and communication. Someone from their team checks in every few weeks to ask how things are going. I've tried a few local cleaning services and M&D is by far the best. Highly recommend!

We recently used M&D for a post construction clean. Our sewer had to be replaced and our floor jack hammered open to gain access. Dust got everywhere all through the house and was a total mess. We’re thrilled with the job M&D did. Best cleaning we have ever had. Their level of detail and meticulousness to all surfaces and fixtures was amazing. Highly recommended using them! Hands down the cleaning was the best part of this renovation.

The cleaning crew did an amazing job cleaning our home to prepare for sale. The realtor's photographer said the house looked amazing. The crew arrived early and ready to work and worked hard throughout the day and later into the evening to make sure everything looked perfect. The supervisor came out to look it over in the afternoon and jumped right in and helped to make sure the team stayed on pace to get it completed. I have had experience over the years with cleaning companies for both personal and commercial work with very mixed results and M&D is certainly best in class

I hired M&D for my daughter's home because her partner was hospitalized with a severe back injury. The last thing she needed was to clean on top of everything else. From the first phone call the professionalism and personal touch were like no other. It is so hard to find that nowadays! The team came on time and did a fabulous thorough job! Kelvin was great to work with. Texted and called me to let me know when he was coming, what color mulch I wanted, and texted me when he was here in the morning. He really took the time to make sure everything looked great, especially cleaning up. I highly recommend Correa and Son’s.

We've had a great experience with Kelvin and Correa and Sons! We've had them work on several projects in our back yard and we keep coming back for more. We've had trees put in, re-grading and sloping of half of our yard and installation of a drainage system so far. kelvin also removed a shed and revitalized a formerly dead area of our yard and removed several smaller trees/bushes. Re-doing the entire Patio is the current project and we're very excited. A+++ for responsiveness and for sticking to his time frame and estimates, which are always fair. Thank you!

I called for an overgrown small yard. The response was immediate and the estimate provided was quite reasonable. After completing the job the results were fantastic! We didn’t realize the property could look so beautiful.

I cannot say enough good things about Kelvin. The most reliable & responsive person. He takes so much pride in his work and is always good at giving suggestions. He has done many jobs for me. He has done cobblestone around my driveway and by my house. Every time it comes out looking amazing! This year he also provided the stone in the back and mulched. Very fair prices. If anyone is looking for someone they can trust and to provide amazing work- call Kelvin. My only person I will call for landscaping.

My property had a serious negative grade issue, leading to water in my basement. I called Kelvin Correa and he was out the next day. He gave me a very fair quote to fix the issue, including cleaning up my back yard and front bed, and installed these cool underground water diverters for my gutters. I never would have thought of that!

I highly recommend him for special projects, and we did also talk about every day services. His lawn cutting fees are competitive, as well as mulching, and gutter cleaning.
