Grayson did a wonderful job! We appreciate how he took the time to explain what was wrong with our heater and actually showed us pictures of what the condition was inside. He was a very nice young man and even cleaned up so nicely. We would definitely call Bill Frusco's again if any problems arise and ask for Grayson! Thank you!😄😄

Recommended by a neighbor. I called as a new client for a frozen and busted pipe in a very difficult location under kitchen faucet that is punched out over the foundation. Evan and John Ward were excellent. Nice, clean, and got right to work. Evan took his time and came up with a plan. Several hours of hard work later I had new plumbing with a design to prevent future problems. When my HVAC warranty is up with my current company these guys will be on my short list for those services as well. Their clean up was above average. Give them a try.

My 12 year old furnace was short cycling. Tech showed up on time and was nice. Told me me my chimney was failing leading to condensation which likely caused the inducer motor to fail or on its way out. Cost to replace the motor was high so recommended replacing the entire system due to age. Got quote on new furnace and chimney liner. OK let me think on it. Did a little research and turns out a tiny part, the flame sensor just needed to be cleaned of corrosion, a common problem. I cleaned it myself in 10 minutes. Problem solved. Another tech from another company told me the condensation was likely due to cold air in the basement condensing on the flu pipe which is easily solved by using a double walled flu pipe. I was looking for a new hvac co that I could trust for the long term but this service call left a bad taste in my mouth. I will be looking for another trustworthy hvac co.
