The technician (Markese) was excellent. He checked and tested all components of the heater throughly and went through with me to educate me about the system. He took almost 4 hours for cleaning the inside and outside the heater and did the extra piping work for me. I would get him assigned for my next maintenance for sure.

Kyle was a great technician: Knowledgeable, professional, masterful/highly skilled. Arrived within 12 hrs of first call, even though it was Saturday night. He was able to identify our leaking pipe and replace it with minimal damage to our ceiling. Worked 6 hours with no break. More than competent. Kyle is consistent with the quality of technicians we get from Len the Plumber. This is the third time we’ve used this company and have been very happy with the service each time. It’s nice to be able to rely on a company for service we can depend on.

I had really a nice experience with their technician, Steve, while we had a furnace problem and therefore no heat. He was calm and diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly. He had to come back with a parts next day, but he knew I needed heat back as soon as possible, came back for the first thing in the next morning. He explained the condition of our 19 year old furnace and gave a heads up on what we may need to replace in the future.
