The technician (Markese) was excellent. He checked and tested all components of the heater throughly and went through with me to educate me about the system. He took almost 4 hours for cleaning the inside and outside the heater and did the extra piping work for me. I would get him assigned for my next maintenance for sure.

Lamar did an amazing job! He explained what was going on very clearly and was super nice. I would recommend this company to anyone I know. Pricing was reasonable as well.

William was great! He was very knowledgeable about our plumbing issues. Told us what was needed and fixed our problem. He was in and out within 2.5 hrs. He cleaned up when he was finished. Great personality and easy to talk too! Good job william. Was a pleasure!! Thxs again.

Kyle was a great technician: Knowledgeable, professional, masterful/highly skilled. Arrived within 12 hrs of first call, even though it was Saturday night. He was able to identify our leaking pipe and replace it with minimal damage to our ceiling. Worked 6 hours with no break. More than competent. Kyle is consistent with the quality of technicians we get from Len the Plumber. This is the third time we’ve used this company and have been very happy with the service each time. It’s nice to be able to rely on a company for service we can depend on.

I had really a nice experience with their technician, Steve, while we had a furnace problem and therefore no heat. He was calm and diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly. He had to come back with a parts next day, but he knew I needed heat back as soon as possible, came back for the first thing in the next morning. He explained the condition of our 19 year old furnace and gave a heads up on what we may need to replace in the future.

Markese was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely thorough and explained every aspect of the work that needed to be done. It was a pleasure having him in our home.

I don't typically write reviews but Kevin was amazing as always. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process easy. Cameron was also on site today and was very friendly during the whole install. We had a vanity put in and we could have gone with someone from Lowes but we knew Len (and Kevin) provide high quality work. They're a service I recommend if you're in the market.

Ryan S. was thorough and efficient in fixing our problem. He was incredibly patient and informative, and he did so in a timely manner. 5 stars!!!! Pricing was not under his control; that’s my only gripe with Len the plumber, not Ryan S. These are economic times of tribulation don’t forget that @Len the plumber.

Found myself in need of emergency (for my family and myself at least) plumbing services. After calls to multiple other companies that said essentially the same thing “I can fit you in tomorrow” I managed to get Ryan S. At Len the Plumber.
Ryan showed up at my house within an hour of my phone call! He diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate and had the pipe cleared for light use in minutes. Included in the estimate was a camera scoping of the pipe to rule out issues that could cause problems going forward (which he scheduled with another tech for the same day)
Ryan was courteous, upfront with diagnosis and pricing, quick and professional. While the service wasn’t “cheap” it was FAR less expensive than I was expecting emergency sewer service to be.
Will definitely use Len again should the need arise, and will definitely recommend.

Kevin is absolutely outstanding! His attention to detail and care for his craft goes above and beyond expectations! Would highly recommend this man for any and all plumbing jobs!

We had a pipe start leaking in our basement. Called your company and they were very helpful. Within 2 hrs the technician Kevin arrived and fixed the problem. He was very courteous and polite. We were informed by text of the ETA and were given info as well as a photo of the tech.

Markese came out to our house to diagnose why there was no heat. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He took me step by step through the process. The part was ordered and replaced in a timely manner. He was friendly and personable and I highly recommend him.

We were extremely impressed with the service we received from Bill and Chris. As a retired teacher, having taught for 42 years, I was particularly impressed with the training process I observed and overheard as Bill worked with Chris in teaching him the steps in installing a garbage disposal. As always, we are impressed with the communication, the promptness, and friendliness of the people who work for your organization. We are very pleased.

Mr. Markese Scott provided phenomenal service. He was highly professional, thorough, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and offered many helpful suggestions. His comprehensive and well-organized toolbox was especially impressive and clearly reflected his professionalism and experience.

Brian and his helper were fantastic. They worked quickly and efficiently while keeping me informed as they went about their work. Im very pleased with the level of service they provided. If I have one issue its with the financing options.

Joe was wonderful! We had a pipe break and called around the area before someone was able to come. Not only was he super transparent, he also helped fixed another problem of ours. He put me at ease and was so helpful. All during a holiday too!

Ash Millner did a fantastic job of fixing our heating on a cold winter February day. Ash is great to work with, he engenders trust and confidence. He explains what he is doing and why. As I am an engineer, I greatly appreciate his willingness to discuss the issue and consider options.

We had Brian H out to perform yearly maintenance on our heating system. He was very nice and cleaned up after he was done. He was helpful in describing some repairs that needed to be done with our system. Would absolutely use him again.

I had an issue with my boiler and Len was able to have someone out to my house within only a few hours. The technician who came out, Markese, provided exceptional service/support. Unfortunately the dispatch agent I spoke with sold the $49 service call as a diagnosis without any clarity on Len’s pricing or the real cost to get an estimate for my problem. Nevertheless, Markese offered the most professional and informative visit he could and gave me pricing on a comprehensive solution. I will ask for Markese directly if I work with Len again.
