Baker shows my record they couldn't even fix my Sub-Zero refrigerator Bosch washing machine put a video on it and said I need a new one

Great service. The repairman was competent and was able to fix my Bosch dishwasher that another company was unable to do. Highly recommend them.

Technician broke my brand new stove trying to fix it. GE had to replace with new one. Owner never called to follow up or apologize. Pathetic excuse of a business. Save yourself the aggravation. Don't use Bakers Appliance

constantly changing my appointment because they have no other appointments in my area in the scheduled day screw them today we had an appointment set for dec 28 now tonight they leave me a voice mail to reschedule glad they not working on my microwave based on other reviews. for your info i cancelled the nov schedule due to death in my family not that it’s your concern but me being told that we have no other service in your area on the scheduled date and now you want to change my appointment yet again no thanks LOWES will get me another contractor

At first,when I saw their ratings and reviews, had second thoughts on using them, but as I read further, saw inconsistencies with their ratings and DECIDED to use them and give them a chance. First they were very Professional and Service person was friendly and explained in detail,what was done. To sum it up,would definitely RECOMMEND them to use.....

We’ve used them for washer and refrigerator issues and the techs are always super friendly and fast. Communication from the office is great as well.

Had called to make a repair request on an evaporator fan/control board issue on my refrigerator which has not been working properly since a few days before Christmas.
A young man showed up as I was gathering boxes of trash to discard. He look at the top of the box and stormed out of the house claiming he couldn’t breathe never got past the front stairs yet alone try to look at the refrigerator. Expected a call from the company but none came they have a contract with New Leaf so I called them. Maybe there’s a professional company around her rather than dealing with a Ben Simmons of the appliance repair world expecting the appliances to fix themselves.

I had a lot of trouble with SEARS Appliance repair and ended up calling this company. They came on time, it was a two man job repairing my washing machine. They came with the two men and knew exactly what needed to be done. Price was fair. I waited a long time to write this review because many times the repair goes wrong a few months down the line. An honest, hardworking organization.

We were very pleased with the helpful information provided by Baker's Appliance Repair and by the promptness and friendliness of the service technician. It was nice to see that Bakers Appliance got back to us when they said they would, provided service at the time they scheduled, and did not keep us waiting.
